Why would we be favourites next year? There has been nothing in our performances, for the most part, this year and no top shelf recruitment for next year that would cause us to even be considered favourites.

Well lets be honest who could we recruit for next year most of the re signed and Luke Lewis was the only big name that was on the market. Next year we should have cash but we do have our big guns we have to re sign.

Exactly the point. If Tigers were expected To get the wooden spoon this year we'd probably be top 4 right now.

My opinion on this subject is Sheens lost a1/2 back then lost a fullback first game not his fault. But then the real issues started his inability to find a 1/2 and the ridiculous reshuffling of players to play out of position. Imo the Tigers had on the books even with injuries the players to be in the top 4 as of today. The greatest failure this year was Coach Sheens .. I think time has passed him bye to be honest and don't think he will win another premiership .the thinking and application seems way off especially if the word of bringing back Simmons is true all very sad for the Tigers to be honest… Nothing is gained in reinstating the old and not moving forward with new ideas /faces and attitudes.
