Will Utai stay or follow Folkes to Dragons

Just wondering what others thought on this subject . In an interview he gave with RLW about a month ago he said he had SMSed Folkes to try and get a contract with us . Wonder if he will think of following Folkes to Dragons and what Tigers plans with him might be. He has done well so far bar the performance on Saturday just gone or do we have a youngster you would like to see instead of ??
 
I know the Tigers are very happy with Utai at the moment and would like to keep him beyond this season. They don't have much room to move with the salary cap though, so if another club comes along and throws decent dollars at Utai he may go elsewhere, but he's certainly a chance of playing in Tigers colours next season IMO.
 
How would Utai possibly get a start as the Dragons? IMO Nightingale is THE best Winger in the Comp. And Morris? is on the other… Then they have Tagive, Goodwin etc, etc, etc...
Wouldn't happen in a million years!!

When Boyd leaves Nightingale will go to fullback more than likely . Goodwin is at Bulldogs still isn't he Has not left (that I know of) Tagive has missed 5 times as many games as he has played so far .
 
Justifying his starting spot this year IMO, Im happy for him to hang around on a year by year contract.

Dragons = No chance

Was waiting for someone to assume I was talking about Bryson.. I'm talking about Bronx Goodwin!!
Tagive only hasn't played because he can't get a start behind 2 said Wingers….
I would NOT automatically assume that JN will go to FB even though he has filled in there...
He is the Best Winger in the comp, If not the world....
I would be thinking they would be a little hesitant to change that, But if they do... I would assume Tagive would be a Shoe In!!

I'd think Kyle Stanley will be more likely to go to full-back than Nightingale…

Don't rate Bronx highly myself 'but anyway I hope Utai stays . Just wondering if the Tigers can't fit him under our salary cap where he will end up. His best connection at another club is Folkes and he is going to Saints . Just put it out there .
 
How many years left would Hornby have on this contract ,thought I heard somwhere he might be off to ESL in near future . My thoughts Stanley at half or five eight with Soward
 
There is no chance he will go, he wouldbe playing for the Shell Harbour Dragons, there is no way he would get a chance in first grade.
 
STILL on the Tigers, winger Matt Utai truly is the NRL buy of the season and is playing for chump change.

Bronx Goodwin sucks.
Utai will stay or head overseas, not much opportunity in the NRL for him but glad we took a risk and gave him a chance.
 
He hated the weather Over seas and chose to play for Auburn in Syd. I can see a 1 year extension coming and justifiably so.

While not perfect, Matt has shown more consistent desire to be at his best than any other player in our side.

Ps I cant believe Im writing these words about Matt Utai.
