Will you go to Vegas ?

Good man Craegus You get it. Let me save you some money. From Vegas make a b line to the border of Arizona Utah. it's a little place called Monument Valley. It's a game changer - if you have any connexion to the universe whatsoever. If you materialistic - your plan is still pretty good man. Anaheim is dead. The spirit lingers. We are expecting a full report when you get back

Oh there are places around Vegas I'd like to see, the Grand Canyon and Monument Valley, and then up to New Mexico, and parts of Arizona, but this trip wouldn't be conducive to it. Vegas purely for the footy, maybe a show one of the nights to fill some time, and some quick sightseeing, but that is it for that region.

I have been to Anaheim and Disneyland a few times, so I know what Anaheim is like. But I would literally be there for the parks, Downtown Disney, and the hockey if possible (last time over there didn't see the Ducks play as they were out of town while in that part of the country, though did see the Rangers vs Islanders at MSG, so that made up for it). That is also why I know it is 5 days at Disney. Last time was 3, and I didn't feel it was enough to do the parks properly and take time to chill while there. It was just full on all 3 days for most of the days, where as I would like time to just sit and take in the atmosphere fully with no rush to hit all the rides quickly.

But the main three things that will need to happen before that are:

1) The Tigers are announced to play there.

2) Change happens with the Tigers ownership, and I actually still want to follow the team in 2027.

and most importantly

3) I actually have the money, Vegas (from my research) and Disney are f'n expensive.

Damn Man. You are lucky. America is beautiful - one of the most beautiful places on the planet. Have a great time.

.

The media put that out there for a reason. Dont blame yourself. Its not your fault you cannot see past the progranme. The media got cha. Lets hear Creagus version. Totally agree with your first sentence.

Don't necessarily hope for my version. The likelihood of me actually going to not going is still very much in the not going (just on the financials), despite wanting to if the reason to happens.

But no fears from being in the US, was last there in early 2020 (literally just before COVID hit) and had no issues at all, but was only in California, and New York, so areas that are not crazily bad in any way really.

Yep would absolutely go if the money was available for a 7-10 day trip, but would only spend a couple of days in Vegas (literally 2 full days max).

Would fly into LA, rent a car and drive to Vegas doing all the stops on the way/way back, then detour on the way back through Anaheim, spend several days (about 5) at Disneyland (can't not go when it is right there), and maybe get an Anaheim Ducks game in as well if they play at home while in the area, then fly home.

So Vegas would be the smallest part of the trip, and just to say that I went.
Don't forget my invite.

Absolutely going

Was going to go to the soccer World Cup this year but the tickets were too exxy. Will try again in 4 years time when they’re in Spain/Portugal/Morroco

Knowing our luck we will get the Storm in Vegas
Short odds of that happening I reckon. Especially considering Parra will most likely go over too, and they will have played the Storm twice in a row in round 1 already. The other game will probably be Parra v Titans or Dolphins.

The Cowboys are having issues getting a visa for Matt Lodge given his antics last time he was there. I’m sure there was a player last year or the year before who had issues too but I can’t remember who.
