Will you go to Vegas ?

You going brother ?

Been to Vegas many times … but when the NFL season is on…. Don’t think I would go there to watch the NRL …even the Tigers ….
Tbh I'd rather go to a WT game at Leichhardt or Campbelltown.

If I'm going to Vegas, I'm going for the US experience of casinos, a show, boxing, NFL, NHL etc.

But if someone throws me a ticket, I'd be happy to go along lol

Especially when you can watch the footy and gamble at your local !!!! ( And not pay $18USD for a beer - what a Dragons fan said). Couldn’t even afford to drown your sorrows.
The bar staff were probably tipped off that anyone in a red and white jersey was probably on their first overseas trip and to double the price.

Really excited for this. Not going to lie but if we can make it a home game....
One thing we need is less home games....

Sources with knowledge of the situation not authorised to speak publicly confirmed the Tigers would have at least two club officials at Allegiant Stadium to assess whether they should take part next year. The club has not yet lodged interest formally with the NRL.
Should the Tigers nominate in the coming weeks, one team they won’t play against is Parramatta, since the two western Sydney clubs traditionally draw huge crowds for their derbies.
But having both clubs in America is likely to ensure a crowd of 50,000 at Allegiant Stadium is reached for the first time because of their popularity.
The Eels, Dolphins, Titans and Storm have all lodged their interest for 2027, with only Parramatta prepared to head to Vegas as the home team, thereby giving up a regular-season home game.
“We would work with the NRL on being either [the host or away team],” Eels CEO Jim Sarantinos said. “We’ve put forward our interest. The NRL know that. If we were to be the home team, our preference would be to play a team that typically wouldn’t draw a strong crowd at CommBank Stadium.”
Dolphins CEO Terry Reader said his club was keen, but only as the visiting team, especially given the Redcliffe side drew huge crowds at Suncorp Stadium for home games.

American prices off the charts, was there last week. Not keen to add a year to my mortgage to watch us in rd 1 while jet lagged, drunk and broke from the cas.

Would happily triple my debt to buy a premiership, roosters style.

Given some of the feedback I saw from Dogs and Dragons fans, about airfare/hotel/food/drink prices it’s an extravagant short term holiday. And that doesn’t take into account any casino gambling money !
I could afford it but won’t pay it, I personally think that in another year or maybe two, Vegas will be old news.
I read somewhere someone said they purchased an 8 day package for 8K

Anyone here go to Huddersfield in 06 to watch Bradford flog us?

We watched at Ashfield they put on a breakfast before the game....was weird getting ready to go watch us play at 6am or whatever it was

From FB

Tipping bites.
Make sure you set aside plenty of money for food and drinks.
$23 for a meat pie
$29 for a beer.
Yeah, pricey inside the stadium. I'll probably only stay for our game and half of the one before or after. Those beers are apparently 800ml so not that much more than I pay at Optus.
