Winger Problem Solved..

JAC is not the golden child, he is just a bloke that can run fast. Do not forget his missed tackles, getting driven back an losing ground off dummy half hit ups and his failure to compete, eg letting souths score a try where he should have had the ball covered. He has a nice highlights reel package, but the lowlights package will probably run as long.
I am no great fan of Koribete, but at least he had some size about suggesting that he could defend (if someone taught him how) or do the dirty hit ups from inside the teams own 20

Relax guys, JAC will be another Nathan Merritt. A finisher who was just on the end of a good back line. Not a game changer. JAC hasn't shown me enough X factor. I will be surprised if he plays rep football. He is very slender and I'm afraid that he will have injury problems in the future. I like the idea of Simona on the wing. Maybe Ryland Jacobs in the centres or Cheeks? This also eliminates the need for Golden boy Rankin. Then, we cut Lovett, blood Masters or Paseka, and sit back and watch the lads win comps. Trumpy.

JAC if he can settle into life in Melbourne will blossom under Belly ache like most players who head south. Young Siro should have made the same trip if he was serious about kick starting his career.

As for Lovett while JT is at the club he will not be going anywhere and if he improves at the same rate in 2017 he just may surprise a lot of people. He was far from our worst in 2016\. Masters and Paseka look good prospects but they are going need to get bigger engines before making the gains step up in class to the NRL

Bellamy never brought out anything in Koro that he hadn't already shown with WT. We new he was fast, we knew he could make a break out of nothing, we knew he could hit the ball up with vigour. And we also knew he couldn't defend for s#$t. He is still that identical same player right now, nothing has changed.

Lovett cops so much undeserved flak. There's a perception that unless you are a gun you are a bum. Lovett will develop into a classic middle of the road player. And there's nothing wrong with those players. Every team needs them.

Trouble is, we have too many like that, and not enough class.

That's been our problem for a very long time.

GNR is right GCT we need middle of the road workers..in time when we have money maybe we can be astute and buy some class players in needed positions or a couple of our juniors could come good,we just cant go out and buy a heap of class players with peanuts(the old saying, you pay peanuts you get monkeys)see what I did there.?? anyway the last player we did buy that I can clearly say was Ellis who was all class and a great backrower…there have been others but he stands out for me...

Our middle of the road players are like most clubs fringe players

We need to improve greatly in this area

You need strength across the board , we have too many weaknesses all linked together in defence in the most vital positions

Until it improves we won't
