Woods having lunch with Bulldogs players

Lol, a front rower for that price.
Woods should be ashamed of himself.

This is disgraceful, traitorous, mutiny.
**I hate woods**

No where near as much as i do lol, can't stand him.

The guy is obviously short on IQ, what person would put himself in that position. Bad look for the club and bad look for Woods

He is a prop you know they are all a bit shy in the IQ department.

I think it's a poor look in the lead-up to the game. I certainly wouldn't consider doing it, but it's quite clear Woods brain capacity just isn't what it should be. I don't believe he represents the Wests Tigers the way a player, let alone a captain should.

Spot on. The sad thing is Woods doesn't even realise it.

Hes really quite immature still, and really not too bright

I don't see what the big deal is. Oh I had lunch with you this week so I'd better go easy on you on Sunday. If anything, playing against your mates gives you a lift because you don't want them to think you're soft.

Woods is soft. Until he gets his hair messed up up then look out. He may push you over line he did to semi or try to jump on you and miss.

Not my captain. Funny thing is that it is ANZAC round and we remember the bravery of our service men and women. Those brave soldiers in the trenches who would die for the man beside them. And our so called captain doesn't think his mates are good enough so has jumped the trench to join the enemy. Poor actions from a leader. He should be ashamed of himself.

Well said Tommy

Now call me a dinosaur but this makes me angry as a Tigers fan.

I know Woods is mates with a few of them through NSW Origin etc. He might see them regularly.

However the week we are playing them? We are down on our knees at 2 wins and 5 losses after another terrible capitulation last week.

We play this dirty mob this week and there is our captain going having lunch with half the Bulldog side. Imagine James Graham having lunch with 3 Tigers players this week. Not in hell would he do that.

He even said on the NRL 360 since he became mates with Thurston he doesn't want to hit him as hard. So what perception am I left with coming into this game as a fan?

Im not silly enough to think players from other clubs regulary hang out.

However the week we are playing them?

Our fearless leader?!

Time to find another one.

Yep we should stand him down for the season :unamused:

Is this how low our fans are stooping to ?? Embarrassment much ??

Most blokes play harder against their close mates , just want to get it over them and have bragging rights

Has anyone on this Forum played a game of footy in their lives :brick:

Leave Woodsy , leave Teddy this club doesn't deserve you and sure as hell the fans don't deserve you

Well we are all under the impression that you have played footy. You insist on telling us in most threads :unamused:
You are right, Woods is a fantastic captain, has conducted himself honourably in the last few weeks. Just hope my son shows as much class as our inspirational captain has recently :brick: :brick: :brick: :brick: :brick: :brick: :brick: :brick: :brick:

Woods was week in week out, one of our best players. Everyone is disappointed, but the fact is that he and Tedesco were the head and shoulders above any other WT player in the last 4-5 years.
To be frank, this is the reason why they are in demand, unlike Lawrence, Rankin, Naiqama, Lovett, Buchanan etc.
How many clubs would offer these plodders even $100k per year?

very very unfortunately agree

There's a report in today's Telegraph by Scott Bailey that Des Hasler reckons no deals have as yet been done with either Woods or Foran and that he (Des) was "far from certain he would secure both stars". Even mentioned Newcastle as a possible destination for Woods if he didn't end up at the Dogs. Wonder if the good ole Dogs are trying to cut Woods price now that our offer is off the table? You couldn't make this stuff up!

Supposedly Dogs have to front the NRL and prove they can stay under the cap next year before they will sign off on the contracts. There are twists and turns left in this story, as Dogs must be flying close to the sun.

There were rumours Woods had signed but had asked for an extended COP, seems the truth was that he had agreed to terms but the Dogs needed time to shift players on to get their cap in order. If a single player that has been tapped on the shoulder pulls a Farah, everything will fall apart.

The idiot still doesn't get it. He's mentioned it again after the game to Anasta. "Just havin a beer with me best mates."
