Woods in origin

During last nights call Laurie Daley confirmed Aaron Woods will be making his State of Origin debut. Well done Woodsy, very well deserved.

Fahhh, good work.
Was worried, heard they were going to chose Mason over him.
Woods is #1

Where did u hear that cos Laurier didn't call the tigers game, I'm sure it was Alexander who may have made a comment

Sorry, my mistake it was Alexander
But it was words to the effect of hes been selected and will be making his debut.

Sort of loses its impact when its not in fact the origin coach who said it, rather a commentator

Indeed, and he's not a selector unfortunately.

Strange proposition perhaps but do you think there is any chance Robbie/Woods will miss Origin to help WT out?
I wouldn't call them selfish if they played Origin by any means, it is a credit to both players to be selected, but with our situation this dire, do you think there's a small chance it may happen? I'm sure people would understand if they did.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure there's only one game we miss origin players and that's against New Zealand

Lucky for us then.
Ignore that!

There would be no chance of that even if they missed 5 games.

There's no way either of them will pass up Origin. Farah fought tooth and nail to make that jersey his and Woods isn't going to pass on a debut Blues jersey to help a team that has no hope anyway.

Will be real happy for Woodsy if he gets the call up but knowing Farah and Woods will miss games will hurt us. We need some troops back by then otherwise it could get embarrassing. Koro and Marshall will be back by then but that could be all.

What about Groat, wasn't be round 7/8? Congrats to both of them, very well deserved. We just need to cobble together a team, and hopefully get a win or two on the way. By the end of this week, wecould be at the bootom of the table, only 1 above the Warriors. Lord help us!
