Worst ever actor/actress

I was sitting up watching CSI Miami (not a show I normally watch) late last night and I was astounded at how much of a ham actor the red headed lead guy was. I believe his name is David Caruso. His voice and mannerisms were just so corny, they weirded me out! Maybe it's just the character he has to play in this particular show, I don't know, but Is there a worse actor on TV than this guy? Any thoughts?

carusos acting is part of the character which is part of the show. the producers know hes corny & they know ppl laugh at his one liners. got nothing to do with his acting
