Not unless we could buy a good 5/8 for 2014.

might as well keep him and give him a shot, he could surprise us just like he did at FB in 2013\. Maybe everyone has forgotten but he was very strong before his ACL and forced teddy to the wing. many on here thought he performed well, me included.

Complete garbage. He was atrocious at FB.

Not that my opinion matters anyhoo.

of course your opinion matters as much as anyone else's on here BnW.

i wouldnt release him by any means. it would just dissipate much needed depth and anyway, i dont think he is too bad a player!
i would like to see him actually getting a shot at number 6; i think he may really come into his own given a few games there.

If he was released plenty of people on this forum would need to find a new punching bag. Like plenty of others I think Moltzen has never delivered enough top notch performances given his potential, but I also think he became the new punching bag when Fitzy moved on.

As I said before if he is released we will end up paying a big chunk of his contact, so what is the point???Injuries will hit us so his versatility will be invaluable.

As much as i think Moltzen is a poor player i have to agree with this.He should never have been signed to another contract and it makes no sense to pay part of his contact for another club

**I have never ever understood why people judge Moltzen so harshly,.**
He was pretty strong start of the year.

I believe him to be first choice at 6, and if he misses that role he is prob next in line for 1,6 and 7, and most years you will miss one of those spots for at least some period of time.

You dont recognize a player dogging it when you see it?

players who dog it, dont make it to the NRL, they get foud out well before then.

I reckon people bag him cause he doesnt return the ball like K Hunt and offloaded to the wingers.

That does not make you a dog.

In 2012 he led the way with tries and line breaks and got bagged every week.

I think too many people over emphasise big contact.
