I have been a Tigers fundamentalist since I was 8. I'm a lot older now with way to many kids. Ridden the limited ups and the downs.

I am happy that the Madge, Lee, Hartigan and Pascoe team is leading the club.


* Self respect during player negotiations (learning from Latrel debacle)

* Dealt sternly and positively with difficult player situations

* Solid recruitment to fill gaps in both culture and Skill ( HarryG, Luch, JamesT, JOffa, DL)

* Pipeline Recruitment of of younger players (Stefano, the 2 sets of players in recent weeks)

* Jrey to UK (good for both parties)

* Ask the Boss Segment

And above all, **Establishing a Culture that is unashamedly built on Hard Work and team success.**

We still have a hard 2021 ahead but there seems to be a steely light at the end of this dark tunnel.

I am so proud to be a West Tigers Fan.

Well all positives this off season despite the negative continued press.
Also less leaks now Benji has moved on.
I think most supporters would like Nofo to be a one club player and hands the baton over from Lawrence now retired.
Squad looking stronger for 2021 will we make the 8 this year? Certainly giving ourselves the best chance with all these decisions and stability.
