Wests Tigers Members should now start looking out for their 2010 Membership Kits.

Supporters who signed up before January 26 (Australia Day) will receive their Member Kits within the next 7-10 days.

All Members that signed up after January 26 will have their kits be delivered before the season commences.

**Any Member extras, cards and CUBS gear will be sent out before the season starts.**
Members are encouraged to contact the membership team at <membership@weststigers.com.au>or on (02) 8741 3300 if they have not received their kits by February 10.

Joe…its just the members kits theyre sending out.
Tickets to Gosford & SFS trial along with flag, cooler bag and shoulder bag, forever brothers books are classed as extras....we should get em before the season sometime.

Gee, only just noticed that feb 10 date, hope mine comes tomorrow

I got my pack yesterday, i have to give credit to the club they are starting to really look after their members and make them feel special as members…. they have improved 200% on the junk they sent out last year !
 
I DONT NORMAL LEAVE RESPONSES BUT I FELT OBLIGED THIS TIME.
FUNNY ENOUGH I RECEIVED A CALL FROM bEAU RYAN ABOUT JOINING UP, BUT GUESS WHAT IM ALREADY A MEMBER.

THIS SEEMS LIKE A SMALL OVERSIGHT, BUT THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. MY EXPERIENCE IN TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO RETURN MY CALL ABOUT RENEWING WAS IMPOSSIBLE. COME ON AND GET REAL AND EMPLOY MORE PEOPLE TO KEEP UP WITH DEMAND. HOW MANY POTENTIAL MEMBERS DID WE LOSE. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

JUST RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, A BIT BETTERR THAN LAST YEAR.
 
This years hat better than last years, quality seems much better
This years sticker seems better…time will tell, though mines goin on my work locker
Scarf- more a long piece of polysester. Replaces last years tin
Lanyard card holder meh
Key ring meh

When we consider theres 4000+ of these gotta go out...its not bad

& yes, the stickers last year were atrocious so hopefully this one stays where it's put.

edit - fergiefurr - too big for a standard mailbox slit.
 
Mine turned up at my parent's house yesterday, but strangely, my dads and brothers ones didn't get delivered. Could be the post offices fault but who knows?

Rang the Club today cause my daughter got her pack but I didn't get mine… :imp:

The said Cards will come out March...HOPEFULLY 2 weeks before kick off
 
i just got a call from a bloke named justin at the wests tigers, however it was from an (03) number so im guessing they have out sourced to a Melbourne based phone prospecting company.

the bloke was a complete inbosile who was lucky to string 3 words together without stuttering or saying 'ahhhhh…ummmm'

basically the conversation went like this:

'Hi this is Justin from the Wests Tigers, are you a Tigers supporter?

Me - 'Yes'

Justin - 'ahhhh ok great, well as you know the tigers had a dissapointing year last year.....'

silence

Me - 'yeah......and?'

Justin - 'ummmmmm well....ahhh we're hoping to turn it around.....with your support......'

Me - 'ok......'

Justin 'ummmm so did you go to many games last year?'

Me - 'Yes, every home game'

Justin 'ohh great!! well have you considering becoming a member?'

Me - 'mate ive been a member for 10 years'

Justin 'ohhh....ok....have you renewed your membership for 2010?'

Me - 'yes'

Justin - 'oh ok great...thanks for you time'

and hangs up

no thank you for joining, no 'we're going to have a great year' etc

the bloke was a complete and utter moron, the wests tigers would be better off getting an indian calling company to call their members
 
yeah I got one of those "03" calls yesterday; the guy at the other end wasn't the best quality.

BUT you have to commend the club for being active and giving people a call.
 
I am just putting it out there but it is possible that it was not someone employed by Wests Tigers. It may well have been but the NRL is also utilising call centres to try and drum up memberships based on the mounds of data they have collected.

This is a big year for driving membership and whilst it may be clunky for the first time around the effort is to be admired

I got mine today - in a plain black plastic cover - return address as Hong Kong!!

I bet the Post Office wondered what was in it!
