Fitness got us over the line there. Guess all that 'hard' training has its benefits. And to think that one of these guys had to run, not walk, on eggshells for 80 minutes makes the win even more unbelievable.

When Morgan Harper scored his second try I went to the pub, only to find out that we won, what happened!

Liddle came on, Grant went in to playmaker mode, Brooks finally decided to play both sides of the ruck and run the ball, Benji stopped calling for the ball on every play, forwards ran on to the ball instead of taking it standing still. Its so annoying when you see that they can play an up tempo game and run roughshod over a side.

Adam Doueihi nofo mbye brooks and bj.

Ad and brooks one it on our last set of 6.

Does anyone know what channel the Sonny Bill coverage is on FOX? I want to know what he's eating for breakfast.

Last nights post game show was a vomitathon
SBW recieved 52 mins
West’s Tigers received 6 mins and the Kieran Foran injury got 2 mins
Deadset garbage broadcasting

WTs were much better with McIntyre, Taylor and Eisenhuth on the field. McIntyre and Taylor use the shoulder to drive into a tackle. Eisenhuth works.

Jiash A has a lot if work to do in defence. He is a grabber and many times third man in. JWH makes is personal to get into the tackle first. Tapau and Fonua Blake rolled through the arm grabs.

We should sign that manly guy #19 he looks unreal

(Heavy sarcasm warning as we are being smashed, or are smashed)

He needs to be added to the "Most punchable face list"

Bacon and egg McMuffin

Garners defence annoys me. Front on he has good technique, hits with his shoulder and generally hurts the ball carrier. Side on he often gets brushed trying to arm grab.

Yep, I think garners days are numbered as well.

After tonight I'm more convinced that Mbye is a 5/8. If we can somehow get JAC confirmed and he goes ok at the back I can see us next year having;

1. JAC
2. Nof
3. BJ
4. Douehi
5. Kepaoa
6. Mbye
7. Brooks

In the near future we need to jettison BJ. His bad far outweighs any good. Kepaoa is a huge prospect. I don't think some appreciate how good he will be for WTs.

You really need to get over this BJ thing Paws - without him we don't win.

There is a reason Nofo is the leading try scorer and his initials are BJ.

I liked the expansive style of footy we played. Gotta admit I didn’t think we had the cattle to throw the footy around but there was a few times we looked like we could score from anywhere on the field. (Ala 05)

I hope we take that same mindset into the next 3 games with nothing to lose. Just fix up the soft defence and we might be with in a shot

Just watched the game again and have to say two of the most maligned in our squad - Brooks and Mybe -both had good games. Brooks defensively knocked over Sirro all game and was instrumental in our attack and Mybe had some great touches. A couple of errors in both their games but overall both stood up last night.

I'll get over him when he is playing for another team. We need to be smarter and he is a roadblock to that goal.

I think the reason is David Nofoaluma myself..he’s created and finished a fair few of his own will

We lifted when liddle came on

Brooks still sucks but that kick was on the dot for once

Doohey’s fades were special

Brooks did more than that in the second half when we had the ball...

A decent ref and we are all heading to your place to pluck tar and feather Brooks ...that was a knock on every day with 4 to go

Blaming the ref for WT winning..a new low..guess that happens when you select Manly

Knock back all day..

He certainly is a good finisher not doubt about it but as a for instance that last try he scored was a great team effort. Probably one of the best team trys this season. Doueihi broke a number of tackles and the team, Harry in particular kept it alive, the ball went then to BJ who drew and passed to Nofo to score. Not saying Nofo does not do a lot himself, he does, but the reason he is leading, and not just in the middle of the pack, is because who he has inside him. This is what has pushed him to a clear lead.

Exactly. You could see he sort of plateaued when he had Lawrence next to him. Its good to finally see him have a legitimate centre inside of him who knows how to set up his winger.
