Whoever Ivan goes with will do me. He knows what needs fixing and is a top notch coach.
Can't see Beji being dropped or benched as some suggest, especially with Reynolds out. Sure he makes some mistakes but look at the great things he has done this year - plus his experience.
And let's not panic. 3 losses, all by 2 points, and two of them very dodgy (Broncos penalty in golden point, try off forward pass Brooks "strip " etc yesterday). Can't coach against that.

We need to keep changes to a minimum. Bring in players if they strengthen the team but we don’t need to experiment.

It was really hard to pick between McQueen and Rochow but I picked McQueen. Rochow has been making too many errors recently. He was really good for about the first 2-3 rounds but his mistakes outweigh what he does good. McQueen hasn't been playing bad in ISP and why not give him a run?
