It was my missus snoring, I gotta help my girl get rid of this snoring, she wakes herself up all the time, no quality sleep.
May have to look at one of sleep apnoea machine thingies

Na no need to take pain killers guys, hopefully those days are over.
Today I caddied for a mate in a cart, I was a terrible caddie but geez did I polish off a couple of ambers...wowah.
I have been doing ¾ shots, chips and putts when I get a chance.
I'm on track for a return to golf in about 2 weeks.

You were in the Army Cobar....order her to stop snoring 🤣
Get your girl 🥰 to have a sleep test to find out for sure how bad her sleep apnoea/snoring is, but to me it seems like it could be at a fairly high level.
If it is she should get good relief from a sleep apnoea set up.
I have a fairly low level s/a and dont get much benefit from my machine and the face mask annoyed me so I haven't used mine for about 12 months and I doubt I will use it again.
If you want I can post mine up to you for your girl to try out for as long as you need to, then you can purchase it for WT Mates rate or just send it back.

try masking tape or an elastic band if your nose is fleshy,get nostrils 2 flair open,some say a mouth guard works,helps to keep air waves open,other wives tail is get stung on the right ankle[not the wrong un] by a wasp on the rising moon on a very odd/not even month.cured
