This is the penalty the side pays for having a fullback that can not/will not return the ball with vigour and needs someone to run across the field and hand the ball to do the job.

They'll scored 75% of their points from Utai and it won't entirely be his fault, he's just too short and too slow. The whole requirement for wingers to make metres comes from the fact Moltzen never runs it back fast and always looks for his winger to run it wasting time and meters.
