17\. Akoula

18\. Halatau

Fulton in reggies to make sure his injuries are good.
Anasta to reggies - because he sucks.
Sorry Kurtis. Gotta give Tedesco a go - He is our 1st choice.

Pretty much the same as what I'd have except Galloway to start, Taupau to bench and Akaoula to fall off the bench.

Man I cannot wait to see Gavet running around again. He's an animal

can we at least get simona on the left side

Yes please.

Rowdy can run his battering ram lines off Anasta. Let Tim take advantage of Brooksy's work with his pace, power and elusiveness

F'ing Devo'd that Teddy's leaving.
Potter will play Tedesco at fullback, unless the Mayer or others in the club overrule him.
However i'm not as level headed or mature as Potter and would drop Teddy out of spite.
I'd bring in Koro and play Nofoalumu at fullback.
If Nofoalumu kept Teddy out of fullback (at junior level)
he can do it again now.

1\. Nofoalumu
2\. Koro
3\. Simona
4\. Lawrence
5\. Richards
6\. Austin
7\. Brooks

4 Big Boppers on the bench and watch Nofoalumu carve up.

Moses
Nofo
Simona
Lawrence
Richards
Austin
Brooks
Woods
Farah
Galloway
Sironen
Thompson
Blair
Taupau
Gavet
Sue
Akoula

Rowe - not FG material
Galloway - last chance

I notice Akoula has been picked in the centres in NSW cup this week - interesting selection - is this to put a rocket up Lawrence or to free up Simona for a possible move to fullback?

Nah just think he's moves to free up space for siro and halatau returning. He's played in centres before.

I would pick Tedesco. However he would be on a short leash. If we were to fall out of contention or his form drop badly i would pull the plug on him. Until then we must pick our best side. We must make every effort to play semi finals football. The clubs needs success. We can't punish every player for Tedesco going to Canberra by picking under strength sides while we are in contention.

1\. Rowe ( look to the future, and develop Rowe, show trust in him by picking him over Tedesco and his confidence will grow tenfold)
2\. Nofo
3\. Lawrence
4\. Simona (plays left centre)
5\. Richards
6\. Austin/Moses (I would like Moses, but potter won't pick him)
7\. Brooks
8\. Woods
9\. Farah
10\. Galloway
11\. Sironen
12\. Thompson
13\. Blair

14\. Taupau
15\. Gavet
16\. Sue
17\. Ava

Anasta dropped never to play FG again at Tigers (he can mentor Moses in state cup), Fulton and Halatau to return through state cup as well as Paterson. Should be plenty of pressure on the top 17 with all the injured brigade returning and playing state cup.

I can not beleive some of the Forum members comments and attitude in relation to Teddy.

He is with us for 2014 so it he is fit and available then he should be picked at full back.

Potter needs to pick the best 17 available each and every week.

We are a real chance to play semis this year.

If Teddy's form drops then I am happy for him to be dropped.

If we drop out the finals race then look to blood Simona or Rowe at full back.

1\. Tim Simona
2\. Pat Richards
3\. Chris Lawrence
4\. James Tedesco
5\. David Nofoaluma
6\. Braith Anasta
7\. Luke Brooks
8\. Aaron Woods
9\. Robbie Farah
10\. Keith Galloway
11\. Bodene Thomson
12\. Curtis Sironen
13\. Adam Blair

14\. Martin Taupau
15\. James Gavet
16\. Sitakeli Akoula
17\. Blake Austin

Anasta & Tedesco won't get dropped, I see nothing in Ava & Sue. Ava is a starting prop, has no impact. Either Ava or Galloway for me, no space in the side for both.

You know that's not true. Potter picks Anasta week in week out and keeps the most ineffective half pairing in the comp apparently for next years fortunes.

With that in mind, Rowe or someone other than Teddy has to be our fullback.

The other thing with picking Teddy is that it might have a destabilising effect on the team. Not necessarily saying it will but who knows with a young team that's going places in the future knowing there's someone there who doesn't want to be part of it. And then there's Teddy's comments about Sticky - a slap in the face for Potter.
But I reckon Potter will pick him until we're out of the running for finals.

Raiders running last, so they have to throw money to get players. We have put Tes on the pesdestal long before he has reached his potential. Now he has reached his potential he wants the sky. He will find for that sort of money, he has to push S… up the hill in Canberra. All their best players have left them, now they have to pay a premium for thye second liners.

The real question is whether Teddy will consistently play flat out and as a team man for the rest of the seaon. So many players in his current position lose interest. The pressure will be on him . If he plays well he earns selection. If he loses interest he gets dropped.

Just don't think Rowe is going to make it in 1st grade, but wouldn't we be better off thinking of a long term Teddy replacement and playing that replacement this year rather than next?

Of course, there's probably no one else anyway, unless we give Simona a go at fullback.

How about we just pick the best 17 each week .

If late in the season we aren't a chance of making finals , then I would drop tedesco to give others game time
