Not sure what all the hype is about Sironen. He was very average today has been most of the year. 7 runs today for 40 odd metres isnt first grade standard IMO. Lovett isn't first grade standard either, gets smashed everytime he runs the ball. Liolevave or Akouala (who was great in Reggies yesterday) would be much better out their in the second row, hell even Dene had stronger hit ups today and some of his tackles were superb.

Brooks needs to learn that he can't go high into tackles. Too small and just falls off everytime, best example, Wighton waltzing straight past him today. Needs to get lower otherwise that's going to happen 9/10 times. Stick with the youngsters in the halves, just need to change the game plan too structured with no plan b.

Bigger, more impactful bench. Dene and Sirro to swap sides, Dene to protect Brooks more and Sirro to provide Moses with another option.
Robbie off after 35 for Akauola, back on after 50 for Dene.

Exactly. I don't get the hate at all. Very few poor plays and when he gets the ball he consistently takes the best option. It was a real good kicking game from him.

He needs to do more but he is a more complete player than Brooks at this point. Then again Brooks just gets run over too many times.

Ok let me me tell u why people are calling Moses to be dropped and not brooks.

Here it is.

Moses has had only one,1, try assist, the whole season. So all the tries tigers have scored Moses has had a hand in one of them. Mosses also has not scored a try or set up a try by a kick.

Brooks has had plenty of try assist, actual scored a few himself and set up a few with kicks.

So the reasoning is mosses doing nothing in attack so he should be the one to go.

Moses - But needs to be told to run the ball - 5/8s need to run the ball and he offers not much without running occasionally. I don't mean Austins never pass but run occasionally and call for the ball
Brooks - Has been good in attack and his defence has improved but a young halfback will always get knocked over. I mean look at Sandow and Maloney who are missing lots more then Brooks

Seumanfagai - Just because our props need breaking up a little I think keith has been great
Sironen - Has had a great season yest was a little down but was cut out a lot as they went out the back
Lovett/ Halatau - Toss of the coin and the other back to reserve grade
Taupau

Sue
Galloway- To be on the field whenever Woods is off but should get 50 minutes all up
Lodge - Back for Buchannan
Sitaleki Akoula - Impressed in NSW cup and in FG last year, provides great utility value and as much as I like Halatau - Robbie should play 80

I would be ok though with the same team but with Lodge in for Buchannan. We really need to find a right edge backrower for next year

I think that this is a misread of the situation. I think Moses has to do more but he seems to be getting involved less when we are on the attack. He also isn't making too many mistakes out there.

Yes he needs to improve but I think its way too early to punt him when he isn't losing us games.

Let the team redeem themselves. They are the only ones who can do it.
expectation leads to dis-appoinmtment, the result is anger/frustration, that's what is happening now.

A couple of wins, or at least a decent all round winning effort against the bulldogs, will reduce this. 😛ray:
 
Outside of Lodge (who needs another week to get air in his lungs) & Angry Koala, there is no one suitable for promoting.

We need a better bench rotation… Its in this facet we lost yesterday.

I think most people are aware Lodge is the only genuine replacement. These teams that people come up with arent so much what they expect just an indication of who has been disappointing.

almost all of brooks assists come off teddy or simona down the other side
