My thoughts re possible team v Roosters.
Think there’ll be some changes for tactical reasons, Naden to mark Tupou on one wing( height) and Staines on the other.
Olam/Douhei centres, Klemmer back v JWH/Luenu, Pole to 13.
Older heads needed against Roosters, young guys would be too vulnerable imo.

Looks good, my only change would be Naden for Alaimalo.

On most occasions Alaimalo has looked good under the high ball and I think that Sam Walker, Dom Young and Tupou will test our wingers plenty.
Surprisingly Raiders did not test Faataape and Luke L at all. Two very short guys not particularly safe. Really poor tactical choices from them.

The Tigers will look to win their third match in a row for the first time since Round 6 2018 when they play the Sydney Roosters on Sunday evening.


First eight games in 2018, we lost four of them each by 2 points.... Won all the rest.

As much as Faataape and Luke L played well against the Raiders, the Roosters are a different prospect. Tupou and Dom Young on the wings will eat our young lads up. Need to bring in some bigger guys who can catch a high ball.

But yeah he'll look tall if that's what we're after.
