Our long kicking game will ge shocking with that combination
Maybe Api kicks
 
I know Madden won the game with his field goal but Benji must come up with a new kicking plan for the Cowboys
Maddens 5th tackle bombs were really weak and I suspect he had some injury in a vital part of the body which was restricting him
You can't beat Cows with 30m bombs from our side of half way
His general half back play was very good so maybe Api takes goal kicks and Luai the bombs.
By the way Herbert had his best game with great service to Skelton
Took Benji nearly whole season to work out Makasini not ready
The backline is fine now so Latu is at best a Utility ( read he's injured anyway )

Not sure that our “backline is fine now”! The Cows can be slick and fast out wide when given room and we are easily stripped for numbers. They have a lot of threats in A with Drinkwater, Chester, Purdue and Clifford etc. They kill us for speed and skill.
If we don’t get up on them and take their space and time we’ll get smashed.
 
Their speed will test us. With Twal and possibly Sam F out the injuries continue to limit options across the park.
Dearden also reportedly back.
 
We thrashed the Cows 44-16 Rd 2 and they had their super fast backline then .
We however had great games by Douehi ,KPP and Samuela also Luai
If we tackle like we did vs Roosters and they take the line on eg Api we have a chance
Roosters scored 82 points against Cowboys a couple of weeks ago yet lost to us
CHANCE !!

Amazing how the backline finally clicked with Doueihi not there. Best they have looked since early in the season. More like a team now that the hogg has gone.

Saukuru , needs to be told , run the ball closer to the posts rather than doing swan dives
