I would swap Seyfarts and Pole around , we need to keep them scoreless and Alex has energy and tackles well , need that early then once we get on top bring pole in then Blore

Join the club. Even a win only lasts 1 week at most. Its fragile. It has no momentum. At most other clubs winning is a culture.

I think the Wakeham experiment has to end. Not sure who we put in there but our inability to score points in opposition red zones is killing us. I thought Smith offers slightly more. Wakeham is an outstanding goal kicker but Will Smith is more than serviceable there.

Twally will be back after a week’s suspension. He is a noted defender.

I would keep Kepaoa on wing until troops return. He played a decent game against Sharks without being outstanding.

To’a had been one of our shining lights at centre. Don’t agree with shifting him when he has been playing well.

Pole to run off the back fence like he did against Cows for much needed impact.

Agree re Reilly but think he’s more likely to be on the wing( if he gets the call up), than Star who is now in his correct position( right centre).
The rest is fairly predictable.
Another hard task, Knights looked sharp last week, especially with Ponga back in his correct position.
Q. Do we remember how to win ?

Its not the players. Its the business model the players find themselves entrapped in. Winning starts in the office. Winning comes first. Business will follow. ATM business is first at the expense of results.

To'a is our best centre, so he must stay there. I would play Stains on the RW.
If we want to try Feledy/Reilly, they could compete for the LC with Talau.

1 Bula
2 Staines
3 To'a
4 Feledy/Reilly/Talau
5 Tupou

If Twal is ready, as he is no impact player, he should start.
Hopefully, Matamua will get a chance.

Tommy talau has to go, he’s played one average/decent game if ya wanna say that in the past 10 games he’s played. He’s going to manly, what’s the use of letting him play ?

I get the "need" to blood young players. Yet I hate that their first few games would likely be losses. I wouldn't blood Zane at 7. I wouldn't have him in the side, but if I did it would be at 4 with Wakeham or Smith starting at 7 (can't believe I am saying that).

Josh Fedely is likely ready. Likewise putting Aitasi James at 17 is ok because he probably will only get a run. Too many newer players in one side and you are likely to put a lot of pressure on you.

I’d be swapping Asu and Dick Fingers
