@Tiger_Steve laughed my ass off ! It’s a pretty big dilemma when you actually HAVE to try and rely on the 34-5& 6 year olds to drive the culture because they’re the only ones who can and have experience being there before, as the season progresses they obviously tire out and we’ve been flat out trying to replace Corey or Aloiai every second week. What gives???
