Your team vs souths

Stripes, utai will be bombed all night, think about it. Would bring him as an impact dummy half runner.

Reynolds and Sutton aren't stupid.

I can't understand the love affair everyone seems to have with Koroibete?
I understand that he is a stand-out in Toyota Cup and that he scored 3 tries tonight against a team that is in the bottom half of the ladder, but he will be playing against men not boys if you put him up against Souths NRL side next week. My opinion of him with the few times I have seen him play is that he is ok but not ready for a call-up to 1st grade in 2012.

My side if all the players that left the field are unavailable next week is:
Fullback- Reddy
Wing - Utai
Centre - Ayshford
Centre - Ryan
Wing - Moltzen (if unfit then someone from Premier League)
5/8 - Marshall
1/2 Back - Humble
Front Row - Woods
Hooker - Farah
Front Row- Bell
2nd Row - Ellis
2nd Row - Fulton
Lock - Heighnington
Bench- Blair, Murdoch-Masala, Moors, Iosefa

Give Reddy a shot at fullback where he played plenty of games for the Eels and move Moltzen to Wing where he has the pace. I also believe the experiment with Marshall at 1/2 back should be just a distant memory and if Humble fails to aim up after 20-30 minutes then move Farah to 1/2 back and bring on Iosefa to hooker.

Your bagging peoples selections and you want to put Reddy at fullback.

Wasn't tonight enough evidence watching the Cowboys that you need a dynamic runner back at number 1\. And instead you want to put the most unpenetrative, slowest outside back we have there? I don't doubt he will be safe under the high ball, and his positional play will be adequate, but he will add absolutely nothing other than that. Seriously fullbacks play as important ball distributors and link men in the NRL, other teams have Barba running those wide lines, or Slater, Hoffman, Dugan, Inglis, Boyd, Hayne etc…and you want Reddy to be our guy!

1\. Rudolph

3\. Ryan
4\. Ayshford
5\. Utai
6\. Benji (Not far behind Blair at this point)
7\. Moltzen

9\. Farah
10\. Blair (He's lucky we are paying him so much)
11\. Fulton
12\. Ellis
13\. Heighno

14\. Iosefa
15\. Bell (To be used before the 2nd half!)
16\. Moors
17\. Cashmere

I know there are two young guys in there, but lets face it. At this point we need to try something new.

You and me must be watching different games. For mine Koroibete is one of the best young talents I have seen in my 30 plus years of watching Rugby League. He is far quicker and stronger than Moltzen or Reddy. For mine Reddy and his inept tackling can go to NSW cup for the rest of the year. Koroibete did train with the NRL side earlier this year and must be very close to his NRL debut. We need pace and Marika has tons of it, I would say he would be very close to the quickest player in the Tigers ranks.

Reddy at fullback, that will do me.

I agree with you on Koroibete, too. Everytime I've seen him in the NYC he's been impressive, big, strong and pace to burn.

Let's face it, what do we have to lose?

Thats the quote which I agree on. With someone like Reddy, we know what we are going to get and thats at best - SOLID. Someone who will take the bombs, make some hit ups etc. Will score if someone puts him over the line.

Koribete has the potential to be anything, why not try him. Yes he could be a flop, But who knows, he might go good, and we might actually unravel something special. We might unravel something our side severely lacks. Or we can just pick someone offering nothing as it is.

As far as I'm concerned wingers are there to score tries and take the half chances. And our wingers at the moment aren't those type of players. If you show them half a gap to be honest in my opinion none of Reddy, Utai, Tuquiri or Ryan get through.Look at the try K.Naiqama scored for the Knights on the weekend, not one of our wingers score that, but Koribete or Grant might of.

-Reddy has to go, he is dreadful in defence, and just doesn't bring anything to the side
-Ryan has to play in the centres, with the injuries we've got I don't think there is any other option, we have a plethora of fullbacks so he should go where we need him most
-Marshall must play 6, Farah must play 9, whenever they are fit, no ifs or buts about it
-The forwards did well tonight, if we use our bench properly on Sunday we can handle the Bunnies pack
-We need some spark out wide, the youthful enthusiasm in Koriobete, he is a try scorer, something we've been lacking all season
-Humble is the best option we have at halfback, keep him there while Siro is out.
-As well as Iosefa played, Farah must be hooker.

Why is everyone naming Moltzen? Surely he will be out with a Hamstring Strain…

Give Jake Clarke a shot... He knows it will be his only chance!
