Is there no forward from State Cup that can handle a debut? We only recruit from the 20's. Dogs have a big pack and I'd like to see us bring in someone a bit harder and rougher around the edges.

How do you think Pearn would go? I have only seen him a couple of times but he reminded me of a Bruce McGuire sort of forward…

I think a 6/7 combo of Moltz/Lui would be a disaster given their current form.
We need a goal kicker, so I think Miller is the obvious choice at 7\. And, as a pairing they are ripping it up in the 20s at the moment. Give them a shot and put Lui and Moltz on notice - they just aren't playing well enough to deserve a first grade spot at the moment. Give them both a week in State Cup and then the bye to give them a good opportunity to think about things and pull their socks up.

Also, those bagging out Fifita, he was fired up like you wouldn't believe, couldn't wait to get out there! (I was sitting behind the bench, he was going nuts!).. so Sheens makes him wait till the last 8mins!

As soon as he got on the field he was EVERYWHERE! The fact he was THE only Tiger to get to the spilt ball from Slater speaks volumes imo… that ball came down with ice on it, there was no shortage of hang time! We should have had 3 blokes there... but had 1... our prop forward!

He has every right to be filthy imo. Sheens is a goose.
