Auburn maybe...

Couldn't do any worse than the first grade frauds.

Looking at the complete lack of opportunity afforded to him while other pockets of pus continue to get selected in our backs, I assume he will not be re signed next year

We are crazy to let him go, he is a star in the making☹️!

AT least we know he'll bust his ass for the team and throw everything he has into his game, unlike our current pretenders.

Problem is i think with covid and byes he's only played once since his nrl dropping, and ideally would have had more time to work on form.

How did he go in his second game in the NRL?...putting the pressure on him to be our saving grace could end up getting him a long term injury or depleting his confidence altogether,Madge and co will know when he is ready,we have to use the useless bastards on big money contracts first...let them wallow in their crap that they have dished out...

This is something we need to monitor in light of our current recruitment strategy. He has now been in our system for a while taking up development and top 30 roster spots.

From next year we will have players like Kei, Tuilagi, Madden & Hoffman in the same position. We need these sorts of players to be coming through to first grade and making positions their own for the current long term strategy to produce benefits for out club.

So very true... No one has really stepped up to warrant a regular first grade spot..
Maybe we have kept Hoffmann here to please Simpkins as they both came from QLD and live together I believe.

Sure, bring back the mullet, just leave the rest of him in reggies.

Cini could provide a mentoring role like Tamou teaching inexperienced players like Mbye and Nofa where to position themselves in defence.

Trying the same thing that failed, over and over again, is a definition of madness.
We saw again and again that we have too many plodders, so why we keep playing them week after week?
e.g. Tamou, Nofoaluma, L Lailua, Mbye, Talau?
We shall substitute them with our NSW cup players, and see what they can offer e.g. Tuilagi, Simpkins, Dias, Cooper, Hoffman etc.

Issue for me is since he got dropped he hasn’t set the world on fire in between being injured. If he went back and performed then sure give him a crack.

the fact we are talking about it though really highlights our squad depth issues.

Luciano is certainly capable of better. Maybe he's carrying an injury. The others I'd be happy not to see again. Talau will probably go to Melbourne and become a world beater.
