Strong mail that he will be here effectively immediately. No secret souths were looking to offload him to relieve cap pressures but Madge is a big fan of Zane's and signed him on a four year deal while he was coaching the Rabbitohs - I think Zano has a lot of ability was a starting prop at 19 years of age and punching out 100m +.

Recent injuries have cruelled him but i think its a really solid pick up.

wasnt he charged with Wife Bashing?

He got fined for property damage and conviction was recorded, i believe other charges were withdrawn though.

It seems like plenty of players have rap sheets these days and we cant avoid it all together. We need players tho and hopefully we get decent ones.

He was charged with property damage, common assault and intimidation. Looks like a plea was negotiated in the Local Court and he pleaded guilty to property damage in full satisfaction. He was convicted and fined in the Local Court but on a recent District Court sentence appeal the conviction was quashed and he was sentenced to a s10(1)(b) bond (I.e. a non-conviction good behaviour bond).

Yeah, wouldn’t be bad. Handy bench prop. Contracted for 2 more years at Souths, but didn’t play a game this year and will probably be up against it, getting a start next year.

Not a bad shout, TR. Solid player when given the opportunity. Would definitely add some much needed depth at worst.

Rabbits forum saying he's rumoured to be joining Madge at WT.

Ok I don’t know Musgrave so I could be way off the mark but here we are yet again chasing a player who has not cracked it in first grade but but but he’ll be a champion with us. (Rochow, Grant, McQueen to name recent examples)We do this all the time. How about we chase a bloke who has actually cracked first grade and excels. Too much to ask?

He’s played 27 NRL games and represented Somoa.

Good signing …... not a world beater but a solid young player with plenty of potential. I’m pretty sure there will be quite a few changes to the exsisting roster before Madge is satisfied with what he’s got to work with for the next season.

Played 21 games in 2017 as a 21yo averaging over 100 metres a game. He was a lot better than some of their pack that year. Better stats than Sue or Packer offered last year. Better attack than Mats.

Whose saying he’ll be a champion? You said you don’t even know the guy, so how about reserving judgement till you do?

As for your recent examples, why not throw in players like Thompson and Taupau.

Great pick up … has the drive and determination we need.
