Trial Team News vs Sea Eagles

was hoping to see if Laurie gets a run.

No Talau, Kepaoa and Douehi for most of the year is gonna be tough for the centre position.

Madge named a stronger team than I expected but with the larger bench there’ll obviously be a fair few rotation. Should be interesting to see who excels.

On a side note does anyone know how Laurie is recovering from injury?
Judging by preseason training photos he's good to go but probably hanging off till second trial.
I think Dillon is being groomed to replace him if Daine's reinjured, just a thought 🤔

Agreed…you would think the NRL would be doing everything in its power to generate interest in the up coming season. 25 bucks for a trial game is crazy. Should be free for members of any team and ten bucks for non members….As usual the NRL get it wrong
Yes I agree, trial matches should be free entry for members...in last years trial match there was a bloke named Joseph Taipari, and I thought he'd moved on, but I see his name on this trial match. I liked the looks of him, so lets hope he works out and he gets in the NRL team (although I haven't seen his name on any of the team lists ???)

Wests Tigers coach Michael Maguire has named his squad for Friday night’s NRL trial match against Manly Warringah Sea Eagles at Leichhardt Oval.

As the club’s first NRL trial match of 2022, it shapes as the first chance for Members and fans to see Maguire's side in action with a number of new recruits and familiar faces to make their first appearance for Wests Tigers this season.

Great to see O'Kane, Stevanovic, Kei. Ogden, Peni and Fatiamu all named. Peni is under the radar - a big centre winger from Keebra Park.

My inside man from WT says Logan Dillon is a star in the making and is going great guns. Look for him in the trials.
Having said that he's got a couple of fulbacks in front of him, To'a and AD if they're needed, see how Dillon goes.
