Very well said @Cultured_Bogan 🙂Don't hide behind that as an excuse for shitty behaviour.
You're being a belligerent jerk toward various members. You're being advised as such.
G'day @GNR4LIFE From today's 'South Wests Voice News and Views in Macarthur'...Wests Tigers will most likely be playing a majority of our games at Campbelltown next year and the Campbelltown Sport Centre Of Excellence is still being spoken about very strongly.I pretty much gave up that the future of the club was Ctown 5 or 6 years ago. It seemed to be the plan in the early 00’s, but it’s really like a mirage in the desert. Every time you think you are close to it, it moves further away. A true waste as that area is massive and is only continuing to get bigger.
I keep looking at this thinking "Russell Packer".Again my alleged put down of Campbelltown was not what you quoted - and it was factual!
Packer did his MBA at an elite institution UNSW - UWS would not have even been his fifth choice

That's gotta generate positive news imo.
What are the crowd averages at Brookvale? What were the averages at Penrith before 2020? Both teams have had a lot more success than wests have the last decade. We have packed Campbelltown out many times when we were successful and will again. We just need more of a presence in the area and our marketing here for games is atrocious. You wouldn’t even know a game is on half the time. We play a lot of out of town teams at Campbelltown at garbage times. This gets churned out nearly every year and nothing ever comes of it.
God help us if it does happen as crowds will be pathetic and it will not help us in any way.
People from the rest of Sydney just don’t want to travel there… along with most corporates.
At least other far flung Sydney grounds like Penrith and Manly can usually fill their stadiums with their own supporters.
That does not seem to be the case for us at Campbelltown.
And, just because a bunch of people are moving into the area doesn’t mean they are all going to become WestsTigers supporters.

Only once in 15 years have Panthers averaged over 14k at home and that was in 2018. Despite success we have higer attendances on average because we choose a right groud right games strategy. So seems that your argument actually supports not going back .What are the crowd averages at Brookvale? What were the averages at Penrith before 2020? Except it’s a biased slant. We’ve hardly ever been a winning club. So why are people going to travel to watch an average team? In the very brief times we have had success, crowds have not been an issue there. So the onus is on the club to fix on field results if they want to start getting fans there. The same way they did in 05 when 20 thousand people turned up against the Cowboys.good post
My argument is that we get good crowds at Campbelltown when the team is playing well and when they show some respect to the area. The way Wests Tigers have treated the Macathur area is appalling. If you look at Campbelltowns averages up to around 2013 they were really good. Where do you propose we play? Homebush is terrible to watch games at in its current state and Commbank is Parramatta stadium so I never want to play there. Leichhardt is good for around 3 games a year max, I don’t think we can grow as a club there, but I’m not prepared to leave there completely as it’s part of our proud heritage. They aren’t going to build any new stadiums anywhere else so in my opinion an upgraded Campbelltown Stadium is our future for most of our games.Only once in 15 years have Panthers averaged over 14k at home and that was in 2018. Manly despite lots of winning years only scraped over 14k at brookvale in 2008 and not since
Wests tigers in the same period have regularily averaged over 15k and quite often over 17k ave home crowds despite being rubbish.
