I watched about 50 mins of the game last night and got a phone call about some work and didnt watch the end,however I came to the conclusion that the Panthers are a very well coached team and they are completely professional in their organisation and play..
It was obvious to me that they could go back to back this year,the first 40 mins showed that,even with 2 disallowed tries....

Your right TT about the Panthers Organisation, an organisation can remain and increase in strength unless someone comes in and almost breaks it's Neck by making bad decisions that has a long lasting disastrous effect on the team (bad signins/salary cap)

Cleary was mostly responsible of the disaster before Madge took over, and since then a large part of the huge mess has been cleaned up, and the recent arrival of Sheens has given Madge much more needed time to better focus on the team and less time to spend with the Hypocrtiical news media.

Without those proper tools and assistance there is not a coach in the NRL who could have atchieved more in cleaning up the mess in a lesser time.

I see the cooperation of Sheens and Madge as great for now and for the strong future of WT. They are both passionate and loyal to the WT, they certainly will not do anything foolish that would risk breaking the neck of the organisation again, the WT have almost fully recovered from the injury that was caused by Cleary.
