Yeah I’d give it to Haas if I was going to give it to a forward, but Walters was putting a lot of stress on their defense - best game I’ve seen him play by a long stretch.

Yes but not what separates poor teams from extremely poor! I know it's the start of the season and all but Broncos played a better half of footy than probably 90% of our games last year. We will improve too but need to improve more than the other teams. Broncos didn't play like wooden spooners.

They were a lot better than I expected, I will give them that. Encouraging signs that they did without Reynolds too. I’ve been Billy Walters biggest critic, but he was one of their best tonight.

Correct paws, he’s actually a nice bloke Jeff, Does a lot of work with Dave howlett at endeavour sports high. Brian smith really took to him as a player and he made it to first grade, hood on him. Selby was a tragedy, great prospect. If your from that vintage paws the best guy I played against was a guy from Balmain who would have been a star in my opinion before a shocking compound fracture of the leg, Bruce Parnell, better than sironen and roach ….. imo opinion back in the day

Bruiser is a good mate of mine. Boxed after his injury and nearly beat Justin Fortune, just before he went to fight in the commonwealth games, in his first ever fight. Still in magnificent shape.
