No secret that the west outsources all their production to china/asia, capitalism right? higher profit margins - but [This word has been automatically removed] the commies right?. We're a disgusting pack of hypocrites and war is no good. Let us trade with one another and rebuild relationships, lets grow together, too many wars and lives lost off the back of the west.

Edit: they have all the money, their the ones buying up, privitization? Please...our chinese brothers got all the money. We suck hard.

The globalization the west set up around 82 no longer serves them (never did me either) and as I said in earlier posts we seem to be moving to cold war economic blocks.

They didn't get their way totally so they are walking away.

Wrong again,6 months in a leaky boat was not banned in NZ but in the UK because their government thought it would be bad for the publics morale.Still i will give you some credit you did get the right planet

Same as when Australia joined in on the invasion of Iraq to kick off the century, no excuses, just wrong.

Honestly cannot understand your general attacks. Invasion is the exact English word to describe the situation, though your resentment is noted.

If you want to attack individuals on certain points such as alliances, stupidity and waste on tank purchases and/or submarine deals and the like, fine, if they have mentioned such. Sweeping statements that include many that consistently call out this country and others on policies is not. Particularly so when on matters that you yourself have similarly mentioned, including us being part of Asia yet aligning elsewhere.

This is a thread on the invasion of Ukraine, so I (and possibly others) do not mention the recent execution of 81 by the Saudis in here because it is not relevant. It doesn't mean that I/we are unaware or in my case will watch the F1 race there this weekend with that as part of a backdrop knowing that we as a nation are also complicit in the destruction in Yemen.

Wanting what one believes is right does not mean a want for war and certainly not deserving of being regarded as a war hawk.
 
I pop my head in here only now and then to offer support to anyone who has lost loved ones, relatives or friends in this conflict like my neighbour and could use a word of comfort and sympathy.
I've given up reading members posts because they're passion, beliefs and opinions are not to be disagreed with.
People are becoming emotional which I understand, but being aggressive towards each other isn't going to solve the issues.
Isn't it a coincidence that wars start in similar fashion.
Please stay safe and if you have friends and loves ones caught up in any capacity in this conflict, whether they are in danger, hurt or even worse killed, my prayers are for you and those affected.
