Sheens got the arse due to players so he might be taking the coaches side.Corey Parker was calling for Sheens to step in on 360. Called him the deepest thinking coach he had. Compared him to Wayne. Big wraps.

So any club that doesn’t win has a bad cutlure? I swear this term has taken over as the new C word for mine.A club that wins more games than it looses?
Agree.. I like Madge but clearly the players don't as they keep saying they do but never deliver to take pressure off him..I feel Flanagan has learnt his lesson, time out of the game would have hurt. He strikes me as having a lot more rapport with the players than Madge.
I still think Madge has more to offer though, it's just how the players respond.

Surely they have more to play for than their old battling coach. Family, career, rep footy, financial, pride?Agree.. I like Madge but clearly the players don't as they keep saying they do but never deliver to take pressure off him..
I think if we got Flanagan he would help attract better players and would have a lot of media behind him which equals positive articles

Can you name a club that loses more than it wins that is publically praised for its culture? I can't. Winning is good culture, losing is bad culture. No matter what happens off the field. Look at Storm as Exhibit A.So any club that doesn’t win has a bad cutlure? I swear this term has taken over as the new C word for mine.
Probably a discussion for another day but I think people are comparing footy culture and business culture. These are different animals. Can you name a club that loses more than it wins that is publically praised for its culture? I can't. Winning is good culture, losing is bad culture. Kent on 360 last week even praised Storm for their 'absolute honesty'😂. Since when?
Footy is a business though now. When that happened the game as a whole turned to shit IMO.Probably a discussion for another day but I think people are comparing footy culture and business culture. These are different animals.
It’s a business but at the end of the day it’s still much more than that. Not many employees put their body on the line for each other like rugby league players. There are some real heavy emotions going on inside the walls. It’s not like passing Fred in the tea room and having a chat. It is a brotherhood and I don’t think that many businesses would be dealing with the same bonds.Footy is a business though now. When that happened the game as a whole turned to shit IMO.

Interesting indeed. An interesting insight into Madge's Kiwi recruitment strategy. I found this when Googling info on Jersey Flegg centre Sam Kamu.
