Madges winning team he won grand final with,now take a look at our roster,unless we get rid of half the players you will be saying in 10 years we didn't make the semis again these players we have are a lot of average players have no stars.l don't think Bellamy Bennett or Robinson could change this lot there just average players who are overpaid,not one of our players are in the top 5 players in there positions there lies the problem.

You're right, but Madge has had 4 years to mould and build the side that he wants.

Where has that got us, nowhere.

Madge needs to go, Sheens hasn't been hired to coach so the smartest caretaker at this stage is Ben Gardiner. We need to stem the bleed, and Ben has proven he resonates with our club.

Dont forget Leck,his first 2 years he had a brick around his neck because of Ivan the genius and his recruitment of Packer,J Rey,Matalino and Mbye and no decent depth...
He is working with talented youth and some experience,he is developing the pathways and wants this club to be successful ...its a lot of hard work,but if these young guys plus a few he has for next year gel,then we could be on our way to finals footy...

Maybe, and everyone has an opinion about recruitment. My opinion is that Madge's legacy will go down as a train wreck with the Tigers. I thought Jason Taylor was a bad coach but Michael MaGuire has taken and eaten that whole cake.

Madge is Souths most successful coach since Clive Churchill. Souths finished the 2011 season in the bottom 8, with the worst defensive record in the nrl. Madge’s first year in 2012 saw them in top 4. Unlike the Tigers who rotate the roster by approximately 12 players each year, Souths rotation has been half that number, and they’ve had no trouble attracting players.
Talk about getting rid of the coach without fixing the issues the club has doesn’t make sense to me?
Then again, have some of the issues been addressed?
We have 2 top class forwards arriving in 23.
 
When are we all going to realise this coach needs to go. He is pathetic you cant blame the players all the time madge has his way on coaching and its clearly not working. How many times have we got to keep getting flogged before something is done. Sheens is a discrace for letting this go on. Madge has to go. We simply wont win a game if he is the head honcho look at the ladder if anyone supports this invisile you need to have a good hard look at your self he got us no where last season and where odds on favourite for the spoon. Shame on you madge please leave the club before you embarrase everyone including your supporters
 
That would be a start to get rid of that grub once and for all. Sheens wants to be careful the way he is carrying on supporting such a asshole no good coach

You lost me at Brooks. He needs to go.
There is no way he can stay and us being successful.
 
aight so if we don’t sack the coach what do we do?

I say sack the coach and the players, massive clean out needed from the top to the bottom. Even if it means paying for players to play elsewhere, start bringing in juniors idk but this crap won’t turn around in the next 3 years
