I don’t care if he takes his break now , he tried to take his family away in the off season and could not do it , we don’t want him near the team so who cares , he aint going to change the results sitting in his office or going to the game , maybe we win when he is not near the joint , time will tell , we need to win as a football team not via him , FFS get a grip , the team is playing badly he has no part of that maybe Madge should has gone with him

i did hear from a mate who is an eels tragic that it is Papi who has started to get the wobbles up coming to us , looking to not come , would be a real mess if he back flips , my mate thinks it’s a real chance , but again only out side info , hope not true

How would he backflip? Cooling off period has long passed. He has signed a contract and is legally bound to work for us.

I can understand him wobbling. Not sure what you’re talking about backflipping. Did he not sign a contract?
 
Too many emotional fools here. Pascoe is staying out of football operations, this is Sheens' realm now. Do we really think Pascoe is going to turn our season around? No.

He's entitled to a holiday with his family in the school holidays.

And this is a quiet time for him. NRL goes for 12 months a year. The 'offseason' for players is a much busier time for the CEO than 5 weeks into a season! At the end of of a season he's helping to arrange everything for the following season. Negotiating with players, agents, coaches, sponsors etc

All this is largely done by this time of the season, or at least all the major work. Of course you can sign players at any stage but not many are negotiating at this time, and again Sheens looks after recruitment in any case.

If there is anything urgent he can jump on a zoom call, like many of us have done over the past years...

he still went ahead
Selfish, and a symptom of this clubs problem which is too much "me" & "I".... very little"we" & "us'
