I’d rather have Jac then KENNY KICK STONESGiven the way JAC has played so far this year did we really miss out? Definitely a player who needs to be in a good side.
At least Jac will try his hardest every game

Barnett is of to the WarriorsNeed to look into the Raiders ranks.
Some of those players deserve better that Ricky.

Thats how you upgrade a pack.
We got players leaving and money to spend.
I dunno, I get a bit sick of his management blaming us for him not being here. He’s had a couple of shots and being here and passed them up. This narrative of him desperate to come aboard and being frustrated into going elsewhere is wearing thin.
I.wouldnt take Milford if he paid let alone if we pay him.Looks like the Knights are finally going to get Milford as they formally put forward a proposal to the NRL.
NRL still want to check the security footage of his latest indiscretion.
I had a sneaky suspicion that a desperate Madge might have looked into it [ or Sheens]
I personally would have reservations about this hot and cold player.

Benji described him as "the worst trainer I've ever seen", that he would never push himself in the gym, never do extras, not do his sets properly if no one was watching, things like that.I.wouldnt take Milford if he paid let alone if we pay him.
No heart. Takes dives all the time as well. Cannot cop that one bit.

ThanksSims is going to Melbourne
Exactly, he might be good enough for Melbourne but wouldn't make much of a difference for us.At Storm Simms will have to work hard to earn his contract.
Here, he would be taking an early retirement.
not if a swap deal with storm got botched, that wouldn't be his fault I think that is what the manager will be getting atHe would be here if he wanted to be
Who are you comparing him to Lauren, I am interested to know? Been a long time since we signed a Current origin player who had a big impact on a series. We’ve signed lots of guys 3-4 years past their prime but maybe he’s not quite cooked. Also had a horror injury run as a young fella (which he seems to have overcome) so he’s not quite as battered as some 32yo’s.Tariq Sims would be the most typical Tigers signing. He's 32 years old.
Our current second rowers probably range from 23-26 and have had a promising year despite the team's performance. I'd say it's also the more diserable range for current NRL teams.
Some considered Finucane too old for us, though he's two years younger. I don't even know who's of similar age tbh to try to make any comparisons. Kaufusi possibly but even he's younger and comes from a good system.
I'd be trying to stay within that age group as otherwise we're just burning money IMO.
Not really comparing him to anyone but if I was to, it would be with our current stocks - or player/s he'd be replacing. So on that he'd be a downgrade. Fair enough, cheersnot if a swap deal with storm got botched, that wouldn't be his fault I think that is what the manager will be getting at
amazing Penrith tell Mansour no chance in first grade off he goes to souths yet Tigers were not prepared to tell Talau go to Melbourne or you will not be seeing first grade
The origin selectors are normally a pretty good judge of a player. I like him because he doesn’t shy away from the physical game. Something we seems to be experts at. I do concede it would be a gamble but are we in a position to play it safe? No guarantees he’ll go to Melbourne, Munster is still in their sights at this stage. Not really comparing him to anyone but if I was to, it would be with our current stocks. That's why we'll never make any strides either. If we keep buying mid range players or players on the verge of retirement.
Doesn't really matter what either of our opinions are though because it seems he's going to Melbourne.
Sorry not disputing any of that just questioning what value he'd bring to the Wests Tigers. Joffa was a QLD rep player prior to coming here too but it had no bearing on his 2021 form. The origin selectors are normally a pretty good judge of a player. Fair enough. Joffa though is an example of a guy who had played origin a few years ago, much like Peachey, JTJ, McQueen, Tamou, Anasta, Reynolds etc. “Pascoe’s type”Sorry not disputing any of that just questioning what value he'd bring to the Wests Tigers. We either get him or not and my opinion obviously has zero influence on this. But I'm not a fan of over the hill players at the WTs. It's okay if we dont agree.
Sims is unwanted at Saints as he has a huge error rate and, most weeks, is poor.Who are you comparing him to Lauren, I am interested to know? I don’t know if you’ve noticed mate but we are struggling to sign good players. Fans like you who turn your nose up at origin players, well, good luck.Sims is unwanted at Saints as he has a huge error rate and, most weeks, is poor.
He has about 2 great games a year...one happened to be in Origin.
And about ten bad games.
With us...no real motivation or pressure...you'd be lucky to get one great game. More likely to get tons of bad ones.
Def no thanks to Sims.
