He's so lucky that Brooks trained at 9. Yes I know Brooks would of given Simpkins a rest but Simpkins going off that time and moving Brooks to half. Maumola going off and Toa to wing and having Garner on the bench who has played centre was a stroke of good.luck for a change

I hate saying this but at 25 minute mark, I was thinking Madge should take Simpkin off, he wasn't square at marker about 5 times in the last few tackles. Then the injury happened. Hope it goes well for him

There is a reasonable chance the rugby league gods accepted my deal and gave us 2 points against the Slime as a trade for a wooden spoon. If that's the case we'll know in a few weeks, but I'll give Madge a week off. Only one, make it count as there is still a lot of work to do.

Madge is the right coach for us moving forward. His passion is second to none. Lucy under mmadge has grown significantly to now be our best player, whom we will dearly miss next year. I think Ciraldo and Flanagan will have a go for the dogs coaching job,they too will wait for the right club to come up. Our only choices I believe would be Morris or Green, so I don't think we would be any better off. I say stick with Madge. I say dogs for the spoon, even with all the talent they have.
