[2022] If Madge goes, who you have as a replacement?

Sorry but no. Our roster is mostly rubbish with the exception of Stef, Luc. Kelma, AD and maybe Hasting's (too early to tell). The rest are either discards or too young to contribute at this stage. Madge spent largely the first 2-3 years having to work with players on large salaries like Packer, Mbye, Reynolds etc in key positions. Madge has won premierships in the two best RL competitions in the world while the Tigers haven't made the finals in 10 years under 5 different coaches, 3 of which are premiership winners. Who's proven more? And what does that tell you about the club?

Let's look at the team:

In arguably the most important position, we have a halfback on nearly a mil per year who can barely kick for touch, throws at least one forward pass a game, and is incapable of leading a team around despite having opportunity after opportunity to do so over 8 years. At fullback, we have a guy who cares more about skateboarding and his old team then he does actually competing for the team and refuses to attack the line (not to mention he was brought in early without Madge knowing, apparently). We have two wingers, one who is and has always been defensively inept and refuses to improve, the other being slow and lazy.

Our current hooker, Liddle, fails to get to marker at times and gives garbage service. Twal is a good defender but that's about it, a plodder in terms of attack. Our centres are also defensively inept, not to mention are good for a few dropped balls and silly penalties every game. Garner is a NSW Cup player who loves to have a giggle when he gives away a dumb penalty although to his credit, has tightened up his defence. Mikaele and Musgrove are good for a couple of dropped balls and dumb penalties every game.
A halfback that was Dally M winner in 2018.
But as you say, if Luke Brooks is a crap halfback (not disagreeing, my view is Luke Brooks was never a halfback). What has the coach done?

4 years and NOTHING!

If the coach ain't to blame, why hasn't he identified our weak points? Why haven't we seen improvement in 4 years? Clearly our weaknesses are in Defense, coordinated attack and mistakes. Same as 2019!

If dropped balls are a problem, hand/eye coordination practice.

The way we have just collapsed this year has me over the Madge show. We have not improved and are about the same team Madge got 4 years ago.

Key players lead teams and win matches on the field. It's so obvious and if they off their game their sides suffer. Most of the FG coaches can do a job, but if you don't have those players you don't win no matter how many coaches you blindly put faith in to wave a magic wand.

Wonder if Ricky Stuart might go okay here? I think his time is up at the Raiders, has a history with Sheens and I think might be okay for a couple of years with us. Sheens might even talk them into a coach swap, so both organisations aren't out of pocket. A bit left field I know, but an idea nonetheless.
Ricky openly said that his team could not compete until the Raiders were able to attract ‘premium talent’. This was back before they went out and loaded up on the best pommies and had some (limited) success. He would need to go back and find that same speech if he came here.

Anyone who watches the team and looks at the squad should be able to tell you where our problems lie. Years of diabolical recruitment and retention.

I think that feeling is coming from a point about 6 inches above your gut mate ❤️
Nah, it's coming out from 6" below my gut and from the other side 💩
Well all my predictions for 2022 so far are shot already so no harm in throwing this one in there.
