I’m available soon hopefully 🙏🏽Not much to choose from unfortunately. Really in need of outside depth but the right player isn't available right at the moment.

Harper is a defensive liability for manly he will be spending most of the year in reggies unless injures strikeNot so bad now with Shuster back. Hame back this week vs us (yuk).
Harper with his lack of speed becomes a cover player for them. Surprised with how physical the young Akuala can play.
That is not a win/win.Maybe with Manly running short of forwards we could swap Tuilagi for Harper.
Both are 23 with Harper playing 35 games of NRL with 13 tries and Tuilagi playing 11 games of NRL and 2 tries.
From all reports Tuilagi is leaving us this year and if Aiken is a mid season signing put Aiken at Second Row and Harper in the Centres was Toa the other one.
Win/Win
It’s funny. His defensive intensity was the only thing keeping him in the side last year. It sure as hell wasn’t his attacking ability.Harper is a defensive liability for manly he will be spending most of the year in reggies unless injures strike
one of my best mates is a mad manly bloke said its like a completely different person from last yearIt’s funny. His defensive intensity was the only thing keeping him in the side last year. It sure as hell wasn’t his attacking ability.
Now that his defence isn’t up to scratch there’s not much else going for him.
For Manly it is!That is not a win/win.
We are looking at players coming through who are ready but are stuck behind older blokes like Frank Pele , Royce Hunt and Jackson Topine
Aitken would be very good backrow option.Back Rower, Sheens is the one pursuing this.

Yes, but manly would be keeping him as first choice you’d think.Instead of Morgan Harper, I'd happily take Christian Tuipulotu. I actually wish we got him from the roosters instead of AJ
pretty sure he's off contract this year anyway. with the Warriors heading back home in July I don't think a mid-season release would be entirely out of the question. You'd think if aitken was hell bent on not going to NZ his manager would of put a clause in his contract.
No, he was off contract nov 23. Warriors have granted final year release.pretty sure he's off contract this year anyway. with the Warriors heading back home in July I don't think a mid-season release would be entirely out of the question.

At the very least a talented junior stuck in NSW Cup who's more ready for first grade than Tupou, Kei etc. Penrith have to have some, QLD Cup etcNot much to choose from unfortunately. Really in need of outside depth but the right player isn't available right at the moment.
just depends on price for Birdy for mine. $450k absolute max. if he can stay injury free it would be a masterstroke. he is a gifted footballer, but his issue has always been durability.Hearing a couple of pieces of information on some of the rumours/suggestions mentioned previously.
There was interest for Aitken, but it is not going to happen.
Bird to us for 3 years to play 2nd row. The extra year over the Dragons is looking like the clincher.
Things can obviously change quickly, but this is the latest I have heard from my sources.
All depends on price for birdy. Good player but him staying injury free is a concern. Wouldn't want to be paying any more than 450k a season.Hearing a couple of pieces of information on some of the rumours/suggestions mentioned previously.
