Don't get your hopes up on Tapine... Not sure where that info is from but he is one player Canberra are not willing to unload at this stage. He is free to negotiate from November 1 though.
Matterson will not be back at the Tigers. He does not have many suitors in the NRL - for good reason.
Few have already mentioned but Aitken has popped up in the last few days and is looking likely as a second row/centre option. Jackson Topine and Matt Doorey have also been discussed. Topine could be a mid season acquisition and has been performing very well in reserve grade and has always had big raps. Doorey is a good friend of Stefano and Talau who would add to the back row stocks for next season.
Outside of the Tigers, Reece Walsh will be at the Dolphins next season. Dolphins also after Munster (no surprise there).
Farnworth is between Brisbane and Dolphins as he wants to stay in Brisbane. Cobbo looking like he will stay at Broncos.
Dogs have been enquiring about CNK who has been made available by his manager. Dont be surprised if Jarrod Croker retires at the end of this year and takes up a position within the Canberra club.
