A little rumor going round the grounds in Newcastle, is that not all is well regarding all the players and Coach only.

He sounds like a feral meth head from Hebersham.... Dunno how the players can respond to him
He just comes across as very unprofessional whenever I've heard him speak... I may be wrong

Certainly has an unearned sense of worth given he has achieved absolutely nothing as a head coach. I suppose years as an understudy in the Melbourne and Easts systems he probably just expected it all to fall in his lap, some forgot to tell him he needed to do more than just turn up at a club like Newcastle.

Apparently he suffers from "don't you know who I am?" syndrome pretty badly.

Would have thought most of the playing group would have the shits since they landed their marquee man on big money, gave his parents jobs at the club and has done next to nothing on the field since.

Madge has been copping it, but Buzz hasn’t touched any of the other coaches doing worse than us. Sticky is untouchable, they’ll have a wheelchair with his name on it at Raiders. Think you’re right O’Brien is the soft target for the Flanno activists.
I just can’t see Brooks wanting to get mixed up in all that drama.

Ricky has been at Canberra 8 years and although he doesn’t have a stellar record there, he has made the prelim final twice and the GF once.
Obrien has been at Newcastle 2 years and played finals on both occasions.

I watch and talk a lot of football, and I don't really know much about Adam O'Brien at all. In fact I had to google his name just now because it escaped my mind.

I used to call poor old Chad Robinson "Player X", back during his playing days, because I always thought he was a bland, indistinct, forgettable footballer (well before his unfortunate struggles with mental health were public knowledge).

If ever there was a "Coach X", it would be Adam O'Brien.

Brooks would see what’s happening at Knights and doubt he wants to jump into that? Maybe Joey is not the tutor he needs?

I think someone like Thurston is the tutor he needs. Someone who complimented their slightly above average ability with a laser focus to compete, a thirst to learn and to improve and a will that couldn’t be broken.

I think the guys have run out of excuses to bag the bloke...Im the first to admit he still has some faults as do all the top NRL players,but his game is now starting to reach another level higher with the switch to 5/8 and having a genuine 7 to play alongside..

I don't even know why it's a debate any more.

The guys so incredibly average and we'll never make the finals with him in the team.

Has a casual worker attitude and a below standard skill set.

The club needs to bite the bullet and allow his exit.

Just guessing but did Brooks steal your car or something similar because that’s a lot of hate for someone who has polled well in our 3 2 1 votes for the last month. Is there anyone else you hate more who isn’t doing so well?
