A people person hopefully, someone that analyzes the game and other teams a bit more, not just 'worried about what we're doing'. Someone thats not a stiff unwavering stubborn ass like Madge.. He's very predictable technically, he tries to get the team to play how how wants, not how we should play given our cattle. Let's not talk about his bench work. Messes up and then regurgitates the same shit all the time. He has as much personality as an outdated magazine in a waiting room too... Can blame the players to an extent but he's the coach, no way around it

Haha. No I definitely wouldn't...tired of him coming out saying the same things though, boys training hard, enjoys coaching this group of boys and the dribble to look like the good guy.. Jump out of character for once and say what/how you feel, spray the refs, he's never put his hand up and said "look maybe I got the rotations wrong or, our game plan wasn't good enough". The boys aren't responding, those 2 wins in golden point had nothing to do him let's be honest..writings on the wall, we need to move now not later

The rot started with back ended deals in 2012, the subsequent collapse of Balmain, incompetent directors appointed etc. Attracting marquee talent has gotten the bulldogs and Titans far.

Fitzgibbon seemed to attract the right marquee. Seems to be Working at the sharks. It's taken the sharks to the next level. I take Ur point about the jnrs. Lattrel would of been massive for us.

Don't be fooled by what people say.

If the players don't want to play for us, which has been reported not true. They can sit out the year. If they try play for another club we sue the pants off them.

Bro he's going to ruin his career sticking around with us waiting to crash.. Barrett at least jumped before he was pushed. He's a very stubborn man Madge is, i respect it..but by him hanging on will make us look even worse in the long run. The whole league has been laughing at us already. 2 reviews in half a year? Pull the plug already, dogs are probably interviewing who we should be chasing. We're wasting everyone's time.

Edit: this upsets me, I like Madge. just like a bad relationship, I wish it worked out and he's done some good things for the club, but it just hasn't been working out and we need to move on

Absolutely. I can’t believe that some posters here want to continue down that path?
Sheens was sacked because he wanted to develop pathways and unite the club. We have the benefit of hindsight. Ignore it at your peril.

Get a feeling from Tim's comments that he might not be backing Madge's retention this time round. And if Madge goes, wouldn't surprise if Hastings and maybe a few others would want out too.

I have read a heap of "opinions" on here about its time to get rid of Madge etc...
When most of you start to realise the huge undertaking to coaching an NRL side on a level platform compared to ours then you might stop with the Madge bagging...
This CLUB HAS BEEN A BASKET CASE for years,let me freshen your memories,we sacked Sheens,we sacked Potter,we sacket JT,our CEO was suspended due to salary cap rort re Farah with a job,Cleary was employed by the same CEO that promised us heaven and earth,he dumped us for a better future coaching his son in a far superior system..
Madge comes in with hands tied and knew it would be a hard job,has been loyal,has been honest,has tried to change the garbage culture within the team and club...
And most of you that know bugger all about the ins and outs of the coaching role want him sacked because he cant get the results out of a below NRL squad so you can boast to your mates that the Tigers are a super duper team..
I love the WTs as much as the next bloke,but if that had been me as coach on Sat against the Rabbits I would of told the club to shove it because I wouldnt want to ruin my reputation on a pathetic pea hearted mob of wannabe NRL prima donas for whatever they pay me...
