I think he'll be Baz 2.0 and they look good at Penrith because of how special the playing group is.

I'd be incredibly reluctant to give Ciraldo a head coach job like that because I don't think he'll handle the pressure or the task at hand.

Madge can't attract a player. Even from his souths days or coach of NZ. Sure we have landed some up and comers but no big names. Even paying overs we can't Jag one . Suspect chriton from the roosters has knocked us back too, a player he coached.

Some people on hear will say oh but look at the dogs how are the marquee traveling there.. well we won't know how they will go here because we can't get one... We need a big name to transform us otherwise it's a slow burn. Add 3 more yrs to 10 yrs of failures. Supporters deserve a winning team..

I'm not sure Madge is the problem, Chairman Lee has frightened a few off, even TPJ rang Madge in person to tell him he had signed with the Bulldogs. He showed respect to Madge, I suspect Hartigan and Lee probably stuffed it up, not Madge.

I'd also add that 2022/23 is shaping up to be our best recruitment year in as long as I can remember.

I bet you Madge and the whole club was hoping this to be up and running by now.

Also if Ciraldo is the guy , I feel like with the amount of cap space , and clear systems now in place for the juniors , as well as the senior team, having a rookie coach might be a goer if we have to change .
We were all screaming about how dated our systems were last year both in attack and defence .
I’d rather us stay the course , but I’m more seeing whether Ciraldo is all hype or legit a good coach .

One of the other advantages coming from the Panthers' system is the production line of talent and also a player like Burton who feels disenfranchised since the sacking of Barrett. For a club struggling for quality recruits, this could be a significant advantage. Ciraldo would be across all of the Panthers' best talent.

I don't like any of the alternatives to Madge.
I'm confident we will get better as our roster improves.
I'm happy to plod along this year. It's next year I'm looking foward to.
I'm a Madge supporter but I'll be one of the first to say punt him if he gets a good roster and we fail again.
