The only ones actually driving the madge to be sacked scenario are the media... so yeah, hot air!
All clubs take time to do a review. It's the middle of the season, that is what clubs do!

Further to that - Any business does at least 6 month reviews....
Any healthy one anyway.

Sheen did mention he was about to start talking to Hastings, AD & Daine L about extending and sacking Madge now would not help him at all with AD and Hastings. His idea would be extend them and then let Madge go but he will also not allow a Coach clause in there contracts.
He is not named Shifty Sheen's for nothing.. I like it though

He’s said nothing this year that is not mindless propaganda to pat us in the head.

His own personal observation of coaching earlier this year is that he doesn’t know how to coach but wants results.

Then Lee and the board chucked the hard decisions on Tim so if we continue to fail, with or without a new coach- it’s all Tims fault.

A buck passing of the highest order. Legal instincts of flight kicking in. Wants to “settle the matter because he knows he can’t win Court. “

Lee and the club would be better off either saying something meaningful or being quieter.

We’d be better off with a chairperson who understood how, when and what to communicate in a footy context.

There’s no chasing ambulances in the nrl Lee!

Madge is gone regardless. If not now will be soon. Madge will deliver us the spoon. Sure we are playing better but it's not enough. There are players regressing. All the brooks fans should be banging the drum. Brooks never played this poorly under Ivan. I think we should cut him now... Should of been done in the off season. Bring John Morris in. I'm sure John and cayless get along too.

For those that think Hastings will pack up and go. No he won't. Needs next contract. API will come so will papii. It's buisness.

I really struggle when people say he hasn’t had the team he wants. Every player on our roster was signed under Madge. It is his squad. Last year only 1 player wasn’t his in Mbye.

Last 2yrs it has been his squad.

He had his best results with another coaches team and since then has gone downhill ever since the more this team has become his.

The clubs tenure under Lee has been a complete disaster. We’ve got worse results, players under optimum and the internal bickering continues unabated.

Jagged some good signings, but we have lost good players too.

Yet another review to blame anyone except those ultimately responsible…and use Tim as the executioner.

A professional club is going to ensure that an internal (not public) review is on-going and the lines of communication are swift and agile.

Tim should be across everything at the club already, if he doesn’t know what’s going on, God help us, what’s he supposed to be doing? And I’m Tim-friendly.

There’s only a review occurring because the decision makers don’t know what’s going on or want to be seen to be doing something.

We need a board that knows it’s stuff, not a public review with all of the attendant adverse publicity every third day.

I don’t care if our chair can’t speak English and is delivering laundry around hospitals, so long as he or she gets the decisions right, I’m happy.

If you only have enough to buy 2nd tier players to turn into NRL players because our cap was destroyed ....
Then you have to expect 2nd tier results in an NRL comp....
Dont just blame a premiership coach on 2 different continents to take the blame for the incompetence of the split,despicable JV board,its been going on for years,but its easy to make the coach the fall guy...thats the way its always been here..until that garbage changes then expect the same...
