I don’t know if Madge failed at his responsibilities or designated tasks that he was assigned, because I don’t know what they were. We were told that he was sacked because the players didn’t win enough games, but do we know what the target was?
An organisations culture is defined by two things. The behaviour of each individual and the perceived behaviour of the organisation.
Lee Hagipantelis recently said , anything he and the CEO do has absolutely no baring on the performance of the NRL team. I’m saying he is wrong in trying to distance himself and the board from any responsibility.
Every single person in the organisation must add value to the organisations goals, otherwise why are they on the payroll?

Again how the hell do u sack a coach and don’t have someone lined up to take the job , I agree Madge had to go , but not having a coach name means we are unable to sign players , we are just in limbo .

Keep putting in those performances we won’t have a coach to sign never mind the players
