Wests Tigers Coaches

Agree and there was little to suggest things were improving - though the roster has slightly.
Don't agree with the timing of it but it had to be done IMO. But I also blame Hartigan as much as Madge.
He failed to build a competitive roster and Madge in turn was ineffective with reshaping the team's culture and enhancing their performance levels.
Whoever keeps employing people that are constantly failing need to be held accountable for their poor contribution too.

Releasing Luciano and Mikaele was also pretty stupid considering there are no replacements.
When do you think is the right time to sack Noddy?

I want a CEO who played the game. He would definitely help with attracting winners and passion to boot. Helps that he has business acumen. He was touted to take over as NRL CEO when David Smith left that's how well he is regarded in business.
I would find out who V’Landys mates are. Who you know…

I think they all go to Ambush meetings and tell Justin his hair looks great
Petty.

For the record, one more time for the dummies, Ambush meetings with the club have nothing to do with Tigers operations outside of membership engagement. Justin Pascoe is typically not present as we usually deal with membership and marketing staff, to ensure our proposed events and strategies align with what the club is planning.

There has been one formal meeting this year and Justin Pascoe was not present.

Separately to this, some Ambush members have a semi-regular call with Pascoe to hear club updates and provide feedback on member/fan events.

I do not attend these calls with Pascoe, but our late friend Geo did, and I resent the possible implication that Geo was wasting his time or becoming a club sycophant.

I didn’t mention a single name. Geo would rarely pull me up on my opinions on our clubs admin

What a ridiculous argument. How would any of us know what executives might be available? I know for sure there would be plenty who wouldn’t hang around for 7 failed years.
I think the point made by Tony is that changing the admin may have zero impact on wins and losses, and he asked if you could name someone in admin who could have that change.

If you concede that you have no idea who a Pascoe or Lee replacement might be, then it raises the question exactly what you are asking for. The concept of "anyone but them" is a bit vague. What if Pascoe was replaced by Mark O'Neill or Paul Osborne or Corey Payne or some other embarrassingly failed administrator?

I concede that and I come from a position of not believing anyone could be any worse.

Pascoe is completely ineffective.

How did his conversations with the league go after the Matterson contract saga. That’s right, we lost Aloiai the same way.

Literally anyone would fight harder for this club in my opinion .

Most of the club CEOs are not ex-players? They are all sports / business / finance administrators.

They may have laced a boot or two in their heyday but many did not play first-grade.

I'll give Buckets O'Neill a call then, just hopefully the lady he allegedly groped is no longer an employee of the club.
