Agree club is going down the right path... Any of madge's off cuts squad that does not want to be here or not play for the badge can go. I don't care if it's Douhie. Hastings or whoever. Play for the badge or go.. we had 10 yrs of journey men. Off cuts and everyone else's scraps. Time to bring our own through.....

And if "our own" don't have quality around them when they come into the side, they go elsewhere and succeed. Nobody wants to play in a perennially shit side. Something our Management hasn't figured out yet.

No one knew he was their number 1 choice though, for all we know they have a backup lined up. We know we don’t because we tell the media every move we make.

We’ve heard that term every year for the last decade. And all that ever happens is we replace old junk with new junk that needs to be cleaned out the next year. It’s like every year we have our annual Council clean up.

Where I am I get 4 Council clean ups a year and you can nominate when you want to have them.

Wish Wests Tigers had the same luxury, but then we would probably end up with 4 times as much junk.

100% agree, I don't see how this was a PR nightmare, I mean 360 is going to spin this one way regardless of our statement or not. Hell might be worse if they have the news and we don't say anything.

Some fans just run around thinking that the sky is falling everytime we do anything.

It's an image thing. We're seen as a loser club, that's highly undesirable by everyone. Everytime we get publicly rejected it reinforces this image that we are a club associated with failure and become even less desirable.

We need to break out of this vicious loop yet we keep setting ourselves up to fail
