A couple of points:-

1. It isn't that bad. In reality it is better for us. There is no way Ciraldo is that good.
2. We get bad press anyway. The sooner the club wakes up to this the better.
3. This is mostly on Sheens. This was his hatchet job and his big mouth that led to us looking stupid.
4. Pascoe and the board shouldn't have backed Sheens. It's reminiscent of Cleary all over again.

We'll get a coach and the coach will be better than Ciraldo.
 
I am not sold on any of the coaching options.

Morris kept the sharks steady, but they have improved under Fitzgibbon. A couple of signings helped that.

Morris is now an assistant for a Souths side that is badly under performing.

We need someone that can attract talent and bring through youngsters. I am not sure of a coach that ticks those boxes.

I think it is a lucky dip. I would probably lean towards Woolfe or Dean Young.
 
What about Josh Hannay? Surprised he hasn’t been mentioned. Highly rated apparently. Perhaps needs a few more years of seasoning.

I agree that there is a huge std difference between rounds.
One week a handful of players play pretty good footy only to back it up the next week with rubbish.
Madge kept saying that we trained really well during the week and he believes in the players....really??
I do agree that when my team trained hard and gelled during the week we normally played well on the weekend, so was Madge telling the truth or was this another smoke screen.
Maybe Madge was really running a wonky ship and he just had to go.
I was one of many who supported Madge, but really the side has lacked development and the players had no intensity or real skill right across the paddock during Madges tenure.
As you said INK, there was never a constant level of enthusiasm, not many players in the fight.

Its a results driven game Cobar thats why Madge got the arse....Maybe these pitiful players who think they are NRL standard are the problem not Madge....hows the last couple of games gone for us...and Madge aint here...
