I now believe that Ciraldo's rejection of the coaching job with us could one day backfire on him.

Let's think about it,
When one day he is being interviewed by another club and when surely the interviewing club would ask Ciraldo this question, Why did you reject the WT very good offer as head coach?

Knowing now that we have a strong junior pathways, a good salary cap, a new CoE, and the choice of the roster that would have been handed to him,
What would his awswer be?, now, I cannot think of a satisfactory answer to this question by Ciraldo that could satisfy the interviewing club and that would accept him for the job.

His rejection of our massive.offer would surely backfire on him one day.

I believe you make your own bed in life. I’m sure he’ll sleep fine at night. He won’t give it another thought moving forward.

Well he can't have it. We need a head of football to separate the football department from the rest. Too much micromanaging previously. It's on Sheen's to pick the right coach because he's accountable now.

I hear you as do many. If he does get the gig, it maybe because there is no-one else. And no matter what monkey players will be coming here because of him. And do we have the players on the club already that will bring a success in the next 2 yrs? Don’t think so, not even sure for the next 5? So why waste more good $? Just another obvious mistake? Would love to be wrong. But if I am right the next winning lotto numbers are 2, 9, 12, 15, 16 and 37 and if you need a 7th no then 23.
