He has just done all the hard yards and got a very good team so unless his misses wants home I wont get my hopes up.

Also I thought he was on contract for next year so no contract / deal could be discussed until Nov.

I think he’s lifted his side up by the scruff of their necks to play great footy.

We all expect the good sides to succeed, but they weren’t supposed to win much this year.

He’s done an amazing job, can he keep on?

Johnny Morris's roster at the shark's was pretty good when he coached them to the finals

I don't really care who gets the job as coach. The club has to build a better roster and then we will win some games.

I like Morris but I'm starting to think Noddy could do the job as well.

- RICIO seems to think king sheens still has an itch and would be open for a kimmorley sheen duo with sheens in shadow cabinet
- kent article on they way smashing the bottom feeder clubs for all going after the new toy and noone interested in coaches that been there done that in flanno and green (failed to mention madge was that type of coach)
- said ciraldo teams feedback when knocking us back was we need an experienced coach

Also mentioned Morris, but it was at the back end of the conversation as a possibility and mentioned if he was to come it needs to be as head coach as his contract with Souths specifies that he can’t leave early for an assistant position.

I'm not a fan of Kimmorley but that's largely out of ignorance. I simply dont know what he can do. At the present time it looks as though there are no decent realistic alternatives available so if he does get a go I'll back him to develop with the squad

There's also the possibility that he may 'walk in' to the Panthers head coaching role. No one knows yet how well or whether Voldemort will recover from the clots.

They can be bad, lost a mate 12 months ago when one travelled from his leg to his brain, he was being managed but it just got him he went to sleep at night and never woke up.

I’m going to jump into my time machine and discover that in November 2024 we will have a new coach for the pre season with Todd Payten as head coach with Morris as one of the Assistants along with Brett Kimmorely and Farah and Benji in Kimmorelys Pathways coaching manager role.

For the last few months most on here have been touching their toes for him.
Anyway, sanity was not going to prevail so I’m glad he turned us down. He is not ready to take on a mess like us.
