Deadset how hard is it to find someone that wants the job 🤦‍♂️..
As we all know the longer this takes the worse it gets for recruitment and fans but the media will love it..

I couldnt give a flying &%$ you know what, how good he was with the "boys" we need a hardened NRL coach to toughen up the cream puffs we call our NRL squad...
Lambkin,CC,Morris are only names to be bandied around that suit some forum members...If you have any idea what is needed in this club it is an NRL coach with years of experience at that level...the also rans can DEVELOP the kids in pathways and have sausage sizzles with the mums and dads...
We have had a decade of nepotism and jobs for the boys and mates...it has got us where we are today...
Wake up and smell the roses for a change and witness that we need CHANGE..
Lambkin isnt the answer,even though he has a good record with the boys...we need a person who can handle the men and gradually introduce the boys to the rigour of NRL for some years ,not just a couple..

Tbh we tried that with Madge and look how good that did us. He is an experienced coach with that hard attitude and the players never bought in. You get a good coach who’s great with the “boys” and he can create a winning happy environment, get a hard ass coach who has experience but doesn’t listen or look to make changes because he’s experienced and it turns to crap real fast as we have now experienced. But when u find a coach that suits ur description can u let us all know because there ain’t a lot out there

Who was the last unlucky team to win a comp?

When I say accidentally, I mean it came years earlier than he was planning. No one was more surprised with our finish in 05 than the club itself.

Cleary was that man for us...he seen what we had to offer and went back where there was experience and an abundance of talent...how is he going now compared to the rabble he left Madge with...just saying...Madge said we need change,we need to get the pathways going again,we need a culture change,we need solid NRL players and before you know it he gets sacked...the pathways are going,the culture change was starting to progress slowly and he recruited 2 of the best players in the NRL for next year...but to some thats bugger all when the man was trying to get the joint where its supposed to be...now we are back another 3/4 years in the development stage....woopeee....

Benji wants to coach in the future has made it no secret.....how about Sheens Head coach for 2 or 3 seasons mentors Benji as an assistant and then when he is ready Benji takes over as HC Robbie as Assistant Coach

Strong mentors in Wayne and Sheens, I doubt he’d coach a boring style. I’d like to see him come in if/when we have a competitive squad.

Which is why you have sheens teach him no coach in their right mind comes here they know they're on borrowed time you have people who have been with the club previously like Benji , Robbie , Fulton you build a culture at the joint

Give yourself an uppercut mate...he was a great player....he wouldnt know how to coach,his limelight is on TV telling everyone their mistakes while he made plenty himself...his defense is one of them...
