Paws has his opinion which he is entitled to as Iam,that is that Paws keeps raving on about 3.5 years of disaster when in fact it has been 11 years of disaster..his dislike for Madge is a standout,but he is entitled to do so..
On the other hand I see that our results were bad,Madge did say when he was first employed that we need "change" and he tried his best to change the culture,the roster and the regime in training,he also got the pathways back on track which Paws forgets that they were neglected for long before Madge got here...
We are now searching for a new coach,we have 2 very quality players coming next year thanks to Madge...I just hope that whoever the next coach is he gets the respect he deserves in coaching the side on our way to winning more games...If Sheens gets the job I certainly hope he learns bigtime from his previous mistakes and we may get to see a top 8 finish in the next couple of years....sorry for the long post mate....

Sheens gets off a plane and immediately rep level juniors just drop from the sky and start making first grade debuts...
Like when we announced Api and Ice soon after he got here and he got all the credit - Not the coach (Who they've both played under previously)
There's people that believe these things....

@Demps said someone was calling Matamuas' debut a year ago - Have also heard blokes on the pod bigging him up for some time...

Furthermore, He wasn't doing such a great job for the 10 years he was doing it

As stated above Sheens shouldn't be eligible. It shows a complete lack of integrity.

I think you heard that on NRL 360 when they said he would be a good candidate for Sheens to groom as coach after Sheens rewrites the ship 🤔

He's already put his hand up to be a fulltime coach - From his own mouth...
Mate - There's coaches out there (That don't make it) that have done 10 years in the trenches...
Benji hasn't been retired 12 months...

Tell him to get out, Do the hard yards - Make a name for himself and come back in 5 years and apply for the assistant role then

I am at the point where I don't think who coaches is the biggest decision that needs to be made. We have a playing roster without any strike and a board with members that wouldn't know their asshole from a steeden. I feel that we could get Bellamy to come across and we would still struggle. We need someone with vision, patience, a good footy brain, a good eye for talent and the ability to bring a squad together...wow what a wishlist. But none of this matters if we don't have a strong squad and a board that will let him do his job, no coach is going to make much of a difference.

My thoughts are probably a little all over the place, this all gets me much more frustrated than it probably should.
